Apparently there’s no support

I’ve never been able to log in and use the app. Trying the walking program on my own

Difficult to use

Difficult to use and kind pointless

PLEASE allow users to remain logged in

It looks like this is the original version of the app created 4 years ago that requires you to log in each time you use it. Most apps provide frequent new releases, and now then virtually all other apps and devices allow you to stay logged in. Repeatedly needing to log in is such a major inconvenience it has prevented me from using the app. PLEASE update this feature ASAP.

Thanks in advance!

Accessories needed

If you don't have the book or the Fitbit, it's useless.

Limited & Cost

I love my Arthritis Today magazine but was so disappointed with this app. First they should explain that the app is free only if you have the "Walking with Ease" book AND a Fitbit! I have a wonder app MyFitnessPal that I've used for years now & don't intend to give it up. I don't mind paying for the book they're selling but not when it can only be used with one fitness app. So don't download unless you use Fitbit ☹️
