Buggy and unreliable
Buggy and unreliable for an app that manages reservations and payments. For a long time, the Add to Apple Wallet feature did not work. Finally, they updated the app to fix that error. I just updated to the latest version, and that feature is once again broken.
WallyPark, I know you're a relatively small company with an even smaller IT team (which might even be outsourced), but the underlying technology for the service you provide is relatively straightforward and commonplace. Please do better!

Unable to use app for booking
The app is still very buggy- unable to book on the app. Will get frequent errors that kick out, even when selecting date. Pretty big deal breaker when does not serve a primary purpose. Have to book on the web to use, which then does not allow to add to Apple wallet. Major flaw in functionality.

Error in booking
I used to love this app and worked like a charm. You also start accumulating great discounts and it’s cheaper than booking online. This is what’s been awful tho. I haven’t been able to book online the app for months now. It keeps giving the same error “Alert: error in date and time selections” Ive tried everything and you cannot go past that. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Good except for booking
The app works well except I’m unable to complete a new reservation. I go through all of the steps, get to the “Just a sec… you’re almost there” pop up, and then it’s the spinning wheel of death until it times out.
Tired travelers
Need info on the app about where to meet the shuttle when returning! After almost 24 hours of travel, we were exhausted and opened the app to figure out where to meet the driver. I was able to find a number to call, and was told to follow the directions on the back of my ticket. In this age of technology, I would expect to find that info on the app, not have to dig out my ticket to know where to go.

Great when it works!
The app does have the tendency to glitch. I found myself having to close out completely and try to read do my reservations more often than not. I have sent a message to management in hopes that the problem will be resolved. Overall, the parking facility and staff are excellent. Really does a huge disadvantage for the great care and service they provide by having an app that is faulty.

Useless
The app opens to the home page and doesn’t let me go any further. This is the 4th time I’ve tried to make a reservation. Please fix this issue.
App isn’t dry good
Reservations are not easily accessible and I have trouble making reservations about half the time.
Not good
Why have a “contact us form” that won’t actually open in the app so you have to go to the website anyway (which doesn’t seem to like the same login as the app)? Plus good luck talking to anyone that isn’t on the ground to resolve any issues. I filed the contact us form and it went into the abyss. Why though? - I was logged in. Should be tracked to me in the app history. Poor, but not sure what I expected from an airport parking lot.

Does Not Work
I have been using the app for about 3 months and 6 reservations during that time period. My conclusion is that the app is dysfunctional at best. 1. It will not enable me to create future reservations. 2. All past reservations show the same date and it is the date the user is actively on the app. Each time I open the app, the dates change to the current date. I am unable to view past reservations by the actual date of the reservation. This makes business expense reimbursement problematic. 3. The app will not show the current reservation. Every time I open the app to view my current reservation the app displays “You have no upcoming reservations.” 4. I am forced to make reservations via a computer (due to item 1) and I cannot manage active reservations (due to item 3). 5. The app will not show future reservations that have been booked.

App tells me there is an error with my date and time.
Awful / Buggy App
Cannot make reservations thru app anymore. Get error message that dates / times are invalid. As well, even after booking a reservation on the computer under my account the active reservations never show up. All past reservations show up with the current date you are viewing on. Looks like Wally Park chose a cheap app provider that developed a poor unusable app.

App broken after update
Was just forced to update the app and now there is an error when trying to book a time to drop off my vehicle. Tried several dates and times with all giving the error.
App functions don’t work
The app does not locate the shuttle, the phone number listed to call or text the shuttle for airport pickup doesn’t work and the app “support ticket” button does nothing. Worthless app unless you’re using it to schedule.

Love Wallypark but this app is pathetic
Of the 100s of apps I use, this one is the wost. Constantly logs out. Then tells me my credentials are wrong when I log back in. Password recovery takes an act of god. Reservations paid by the day, but booking requirements down to 15 min are a bit goofy when you’re reliant on airlines to bring you home on time.

I try to make a reservation online, it doesn't work. I call and they say get the app. I get the app and it won't let me get past the payment method section. It's like they don't want people to make reservations!
Does Not Work
Have downloaded app 3 separate times over the last year. It simply does not function at all. No buttons are operational. Completely useless.
