Extremely helpful for planning itinerary!
I used the free version of this app for the first time to plan a trip to Alaska and absolutely loved it. You can add your flights and hotels and get suggestions for what to do each day based on where you’ll be. A link to the directions auto populates between different places in your itinerary to give you an idea of how much you’ll be driving (or walking/taking public transport). You can open the link in Google/Apple maps and you can view all your locations on a map color coded by day! This had all the features I was looking for in a travel app and made planning our trip enjoyable.

Limited to their lists
I tried it, but couldn’t find any way to add points of interest, hotels, restaurants that I’ve already identified other than by scrolling through long lists in hope Wanderlog includes them … and often they’re not there. There’s not even a text search available to make it easier to determine that Wanderlog does not include something you want to add. You can’t even re-sort these lists by name to jump to a letter to see if the desired place is on the pre-limited list. Extremely disappointing!

What's not to love?
I really love this app. It is an amazing took to maximise the time you have, especially on those city breaks. I love you can link in travel, accommodation and budgets. Possibly the best thing for me is knowing how long it will take to get from A to B and I love how you get information regarding the average visit time in places of interest. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is I think the subscription price is a little high - I love it can juggle the plan for maximum efficiency but you can also do that by just looking at the map and doing that yourself. Having said that, I am always recommending this app to people. I genuinely plan every city breaks with it.

I love this app for trip planning. I love that I can be watching a reel somewhere and find a spot Iwant to travel to and add it into the trip and it shows where everything is on a map so you can decide what places you want to go to that are close together. It’s great that you can share it with members of your traveling group and friends and family that are staying at home so they know the types of activities you will be doing and about the time

Great Trip Planning App
Love having all the information in one place. Especially for multi site European trips.

I like this app so far, using it to plan my bday trip, no unwanted and unnecessary ads or subscriptions which I appreciate- to use the basic plan.
Vacation must
I planned a complicated family vacation to Peru that included 7 flights to 4 different regions, tours, etc. This app not only helped keep all our reservations, itineraries organized but also helped us organize our expenses. I also loved the recommendations, and that everyone in the group had access to the all the information. My favorite feature is that you can email the flights/hotel reservations to the app and it populates all the information! No need to look thru emails to find the info! Great job creating this app!

This use to be a great app. However I have paid for the upgraded version twice now and the app continues to ask me to start a “free 7 day trial and then proceeds to charge me day 7 but still won’t let me use the features. When I try the get help from app support it tells me I need to download the app….I literally have the app and have downloaded, deleted, and downloaded.

Usei o Wanderlong para montar minha primeira viagem internacional, foi essencial para saber como eram os locais, horários e dias de funcionamento, uma única coisa que acredito que o app pode melhorar é em vincular a rota no app do Maps para que por lá possamos traçar todos os caminhos sequencialmente igual ao planejado no Wanderlong.

Great App! Making Me a Planner
So far, Wanderlog has been a fantastic help in planning my trip to Scotland. The AI feature makes it super easy to tailor the trip to exactly what you want the focus to be. Since I'm doing a driving trip around Scotland, it's been especially helpful for suggesting places to stay, eat, and stop for petrol along the way. It also recommends places to visit based on your interests, which has been incredibly useful.
The free version is fantastic, but I liked it so much that I ended up subscribing—and I'm really glad I did. Being able to use the AI to continually adjust my plans as I research and discover new interests has been a game changer.
I also love that it connects you to websites where you can book activities and find additional information from other travelers about attractions and itineraries. It gives you more resources to research and build a better trip.
I'm not normally much of a planner, but this app is turning me into one because it's actually so much fun!

A wonderful resource. Makes planning and running your trip so easy. Was so good for our group to manage expenses and see local attractions and how to group our activities. Highly recommend.
Essential for all trips!
Love everything about this app and it’s quickly becoming an essential for all of my trips. I love the ability to import reservations and confirmations, map potential sights and assign to specific days of an itinerary, and track/split expenses. I especially appreciate how many features are available in the free version. I’d recommend to everyone!
