Dishonest
Really disappointing experience. I was charged for a Wanderlog subscription unexpectedly, and the subscription wasn’t clearly showing in my Apple account, making it unnecessarily difficult to work out what I had been charged for and how to cancel it.
Subscription charges should be completely transparent. Instead, I’ve had to waste time chasing up a payment I wasn’t expecting.
The app may be useful, but this billing experience has completely put me off using it again. Be very careful when signing up for trials or premium features.

The problem was that I was charged for a subscription I wasn’t expecting, and it wasn’t clearly appearing under my Apple subscriptions when I tried to identify and cancel it. Wanderful app
This app made my trip planning so much easier! I didn’t have to switch apps or lose my notes. It helped me keep track of every details.

Charged during free trial
I immediately was charged to my card $20 for the free trial and to try out the “free” upgrade for the pro. Did not expect to get charged for a “free” subscription trial. I’m sure it’s a great app, I don’t think I’ll use it ever again. WILD!
Misinforming travelers; lists open businesses as permanently closed
Wanderlog is publishing false data stating that active, operational businesses (like Biesanz Woodworks in Costa Rica) are 'Permanently Closed' on their curated guides. Support and executive emails are ignored. Travelers are being turned away from real local artisans because of unmaintained automated scraping. Fix your data pipeline.

Nice way to plan, organization and share the trip itinerary
easy way to share with the group and allow others to add additional Points of Interest, restaurants, shopping places etc.
versatile and great UX
great integrations that allow a lot of versatility like maps functions, reviews, even splitting bills for restaurants etc. It’s great. I use it for client trips and share it with everyone because it’s easy to share with everyone no matter how bad they are at technology!
Amazing tool for our 2-month Vietnam trip

Only works with gmail accounts
Even if you enter your non Google email, it ignores it and captures and makes you use a Gmail account even though you may no longer use it or have the password for it. Not sure why this app would want your Gmail password to proceed.
Get this app if you are the trip planner.
Wish this app had been available for the last ten years of my life. Easy to learn to use. Consolidates everything in one place - maps, ticket confirmations, flights, estimated travel duration between destinations (including different estimations for walking, driving, public transport, cycling, etc). Makes actually useful recommendations based on your itinerary. Cool journal feature!

Great trip planner
Such a nice way to create an itinerary, I use it on all my trips now. You can add reservation details and plan out your day to day, very type A traveler friendly.

Incredible App
I've been using this app for years and it is my favourite app for organizing travel. You can connect it to google maps, it'll automatically show you the travel time between two sites on the itinerary, and the fact that I can forward my booking emails for flights, hotels, car, and restaurants is amazing. I've already converted many of my friends and honestly, everyone should be using this app!

10/10 app, best travel planner there is
This app was a life saver for my first ever overseas trip. My husband and I travelled all through Europe, and were able to rely entirely on using this app. The best thing about it; you don’t have to subscribe if you really don’t want to/can’t afford. There are certain features that help you out a lot more with the paid version like route optimisation and offline maps.
Overall you can read reviews, tips, change the stops order, see photos of where other people have been, have multiple people in the planning group, anything you want and can imagine, this app can do.
I especially liked the journal option it provides too. I was able to write a daily log of everything we did, and then send that out to my family. It is now something I can look back on, and have all my notes in one place to reminisce.
I ended up just using the free trial, but when my next trip comes around, I won’t hesitate to use that paid version for a smoother initial plan.

Brilliant for trip planning
I’ve been using Wanderlog for a few months now to help plan a couple of overseas trips.
Previously I used a Word document and Excel spreadsheet to plan.
I still use them, but Wanderlog now lets us easily capture ideas from browsing, YouTube etc into a “Places to Viisit” list.
Then we can add them to our itinerary later when dates become firm.

Excellent travel app
Beautiful UI, very full featured even on the free plan, and the desktop web app is even better. I used the iOS app on a Spain trip with my girlfriend, and it was very handy for tracking expenses, flights, and lots of other things.
