Exactly what the other comment said, worst dispatch team they will call and harass you to rush and get there and make you wait for hours, and they will drop you right away for someone cheaper better options out there like tql

Worked on a route for this company for 2 months, randomly came up with a lie and said I had allegedly caused a scene and caused a whole ordeal at a pick up, never answered me again to resolve issue and clear all that up , beware also load was paying the cheapest they could
Cheap loads and they lie
They will literally tell you if you do good on loads and they give you a dedicated the load will be yours then they end up giving your load you consistently ran for months away to somebody for cheaper with no explanation also if you run loads and confirm a set load price if you go to a pick up or drop off and it’s closed or they don’t have the pickup ready they will take money off your load price that you already agreed with them on They will literally tell you they have to take money off they do bad business

Low Offers/App Issues
They low ball on loads…Very low. Also if a load/bid is expired remove it from the load board!!!

Horrible loads I’m talking dirt cheap they know it’s wrong but want a driver to do 13 stops for 300$ never want to double up your loads either horrible if you use warp come to play ball don’t accept their bid don’t fold they’ll go up bc I know other drivers aren’t taking it either so when they get desperate they pay right so wait them out

Load filtering
When filtering for loads the app doesn't register your filters and shows nothing instead. Also won't notify you for your specific filters
DO NOT USE.
They will not pay you. It’s been 3 weeks since my first delivery and I have yet to be paid. Do not waste your time.
Cheap loads, makes you wait long at pick up.
I’ve tried this company a few times and every time it was a mess. They pay dirt cheap to start. I am local to LA area and their warehouse is a mess. Very unorganized and takes for ever to load. Not only that, the workers are cursing and yelling in front of the drivers. I drive a box truck and they expect you to wait for two hours without payment.
