App Not working
After entering productID its showing something went wrong. Tried scan option, once i click on scan the app crashed. Not able to register product in website as well.

Aftering adding label Uuid its showing something went wrong and after giving access of camera the app is crashing.

Titan: More Crashes or Check Patience’s level
The app consistently crashes when attempting to register a warranty. The “Scan Label” and “Product ID” features are also not functioning properly. When a Product ID is entered manually, a “Something went wrong” popup appears, followed by the app crashing. Currently, only the OTP validation feature is working; all other functionalities seem to be broken.

Website 500 error and App is getting crashed
What the hell, I could not able to register, website is showing 500 error and app is getting crashed how should we register
Can't login since 1 year
it has been very frustrating that since more than one year, I have not been able to login and register for any of my Titan watches because the app does not generate OTP, but it says that OTP has been generated. No OTP ever comes on SMS. And therefore, we cannot login. Even the desktop site does not work.

Waranty scam🫣
Can’t believe TCS is so worst that it can’t even make a simple warranty registration app for one of its company… they have made sure none of the product is registered through the app or web portal ..

Being such a big watch company, it developed a worst app. Cannot even find the item from product id and crashes when camera opens.

It doesn’t gather customer details, when you open camera to scan the app crashes. You have to restart filling details again
Unable to register the product
I have tried at least 50 times on both the application and the website, but the app crashes every time. I am still not sure whether I have purchased a genuine watch or not. Whatever input I provide, the app always shows “Something went wrong.” On the website, I have not received the OTP either.

Worst experience
App is getting crash in every 2 mins of login, all id editted within the tab get erased therefore its hussle to cope up with it. Somehow after providing all the details it again crashes. As a result was not able to use the app for the main purpose to register the watch's warranty.

Warranty registration services is sooo bad
After giving one hour m not able to update my waranty got irritated i am not expecting that kind off worst service from titan a company which is belongs from ratan tata sir 😤

The app keeps crashing whenever you try to register the warranty. Surprisingly their website also never opens and it tools forever to load.

1. Not able to enter the invoice number since numeric keyboard is getting open

Failed app
There are critical bugs in the app that prevent me from registering a warranty. The app crashes consistently when I try to scan a label. After restarting and logging in again, the app fails to accept the label ID and then crashes a second time. I'm unable to complete the warranty registration process because of these issues. I recommend you look into these problems and improve the app's stability.
