Not working

Can not get into this app because the date of birth will not accept a date and it closes. This needs fixing asap. Very frustrating.

Okay Overall

I like the rest intervals between sets. The 2 min timer is actually about 2 seconds but I work around that.

Many of the recipes are very good! Unfortunately the shopping list leaves off several ingredients and while the recipe may read for multiple servings, the ingredient list seems to be for a single serving.

Where are the options for menopausal women? As a recovering athlete, I continue to push beyond limits when following the exercises which leads to higher cortisol levels. Is there a plan to include WB4 in this app?

Specific ore work is missing as well.

New App

I light the Exercise swap options. As a women 60+, I am not that I see the modifications to reduce cortisol levels. I would love to see the core exercises added back to the app.

The meals still confuse me with regards to the servings vs ingredients. Some of recipes look as if they are for 1 serving but the recipe READ for multiple servings. I also notice that the grocery lists miss many ingredients from the weekly plan.

App

I cannot view the app very well on my 12” iPad. It cuts off a lot of viewing. Sadly I workout at home. Much of the workouts are designed for the gym.

App is EXACTLY what was needed!

This app is amazing. Incorporated everything that you need to be a rockstar all at your fingertips!
