Awesome Service for Long Term Stay in Korea
I’m staying in Korea for a few weeks at a hotel and needed a way to wash my clothes and this was recommended to me. Trying to pay for the service as a foreigner was a bit tricky since their system kicks out foreign cards but I used Toss Pay to complete the transaction. It was as easy as described and the app is intuitive (but it helps to be able to read/write in Korean) - please consider accepting foreign credit cards in the future!

원하는 일정에 문앞에서 수거하고 세탁되서 편리하게 이용해요 쿠폰 같은 이벤트만 좀 자주 있으면 더 자주 이용할거 같아요

표준화된 프로세스라 좋네요
처음 사용해 보았는데 프로세스가 표준화되어 사용이 편리하고 세탁도 만족스럽습니다. 다만 세탁 후 옷을 손잡이에 걸어 놓는데 좀 더 나은 방법을 찾아 보면 좋을거 같습니다.
