Worst EV app here, crashes all the time. They need to fix this period.
Abandoned by GE
This app seems to be abandoned. I downloaded it to utilize a functional GE WattStation I found in a public charging zone. Thankfully - it turned out to be free because this app doesn’t even load anymore.
Fully nonfunctional
There is nothing about this app that supports its existence. You cannot locate charging stations and if by chance you find one, it is impossible to use it because it’s impossible to register for an account. I spent hours this afternoon trying to register but the captcha code that is required to register was never provided. If I could give this zero stars I definitely would. One star indicates that it serves even minimal functionality, which this app does not. End result: I was not able to charge the car, had to run it on gas. Kudos to GE for forcing us to maintain the fossil fuel industry.

Don’t get this app
This sucks. You can’t create an account, don’t bother wasting your time.
This app changed my entire outlook on GE
Im very disappointed with the workmanship that went into not just the software that completely failed to load but also the hardware that was reading fault codes on 3 out of 4 units. I thought highly of GE over the past 30 years but this just ended it all for me. GE is officially junk to me. Almost everything made in China is of much higher quality than this carelessly neglected price of trash. I want GE and the world to know that I will never buy or trust anything from GE ever again.

Nothing works
Cant sign in, can’t sign up, can’t do nothing except park and plug in for appearances
It just doesn’t work
Tried scanning, tried entering manually. Straight up garbage.

Can’t activate chargers. Can’t sign up. Can’t retrieve passwords. I am removing this from my phone and my database.
App does not work
This app hasn’t been updated in 4 years so it does not work when you try to register.
Lucky charging works without the app.
Spent 20 minutes trying to register via a smart phone. It was painful and unsuccessful. No email notifications. Who would trust to link their paypal with this. Gave up and decided to try just plugging into the car. It works as of this review in Vancouver Canada. Would expect more from a GE name. Very lame!

QR code scan doesn’t access camera
It’s useless. You can’t scan the WR code because the app doesn’t even access the camera. There is not even QR code in the GE charging station for you to enter the station ID code.
You simply cannot charge any car with this app and the charging station doesn’t even work or activate.
I have not seen any worst EV charging station or charging app or charging card to activate charging at all. It is a joke.

A really bad app support
Look at the version history .. “4 years ago” for the last app updates... your company just wasting $$ to setup the charging station and no one can use.. no wonder ur buz is ending.
Horrible app!
I have to say, my experience is very similar to the other reviewer. This app is absolutely horrible. Download it it add a shopping center where there were multiple GE wattstation chargers, but the app does not allow you to attach a credit card, you have to go into the website, which is completely not mobile friendly, in order to attach a PayPal account, not a credit card, and that feature has not worked for three days now.
On top of that, none of these chargers show up in the app. I mean I’m standing here looking at eight of them, and not one of them shows up as an option in the app. What complete and utter garbage. Yesterday I called the Support number, but surprise, it is only staffed during weekday business hours.

Doesn’t work
The app won’t provide a captcha image and I’m unable to use the charging station because of it. What is the point of these charging stations? To put people off of electric vehicles? Unbelievably bad app and system.
Please rip out all your stations

Same issues as everybody else. So I just plugged in and the charging station worked. It was a free one though so not sure how others would fair.
Poor experience
Not updated in 3 years. Need to use PayPal to pay? Can’t register in app. Can’t link payment in app. Pretty useless. Stores using ge charging stations should change to a more modern platform.
