Missing a feature
Having used your app a number of times, I see it is missing an essential feature. You allow us to select a specific taxi company to respond to a request, or else all of the companies. But in my city, there is one company that does not allow the use of taxi fare cards issued by the city. I want to be able to request a trip to be served by all companies except one of my choosing.
Alternatively, or in addition, you should indicate the name of the taxi company that is responding to my booking request. That way I cancel the booking if a non-participating company has picked up the call.
