Awful
Just a terrible service, i can never get any rides ever. Even when i attempt to book days in advance i still get nothing and i had missed many rides because they don’t wait even a second.

You can literally never get a ride, it’s always ‘too busy’ but then i see them parked doing nothing. They need to fix their services now it’s sooo bad

I've spent the last week unable to take a bus and walking an hour to work because the app never responds to my request.
Terrible
Anytime you try to schedule a bus service it’s unavailable, there’s literally never a time that the bus can pick you up. The pop cup claims it’s in high demand yet every bus has one person in it at a time. If you try to call them they never answer the phone and are consistently extremely late or extremely early. Do better.

App SUCKS
Can never find a ride you need that’s on time even though there 4 people MAX on each bus. Not only that there are stupid duplicate busses like me and my friends live a few blocks from each other and we are going to the same place at the same time and it uses 2 different buses? Like that’s probably why I can’t find a ride on time. Can’t find a bus for the next 5 hours cuz of “high demand” like it’s not a 5-10 drive to get to my spot… drivers are all mostly nice but this app is TERRIBLE!! App is so inconvenient you might as well bike to work
