Too many app issues
My wife and I are both disappointed with the performance of the app. Too many glitches and nearly always a password problem. Ways2Well needs a new, more reliable interface.
Run as Fast as You Can!
This is a terrible company and the app doesn't work right. They screwed me out of $599 without providing anything of value. BUYER BEWARE!
Dysfunctional App Ruined by AI
Their mobile app and support system are also incredibly frustrating to deal with. Chats randomly close without resolution, messages frequently get routed incorrectly, and the AI assistant often provides inaccurate information about who to contact, expected turnaround times, and next steps. For a company handling patient care and prescriptions, the level of confusion and inconsistency is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress for patients trying to get timely support.

App update is unusable
Currently stuck in a loop of password resets and can’t talk to a live person to get help. The personal service that I paid for as a part of this program is gone
Allen never works
If you wanted to use this for the Ai feature including being able to talk to Allen, think again. He never works. Unfortunately that was a big reason I went with ways to well.

Allen is very unreliable lately
finally everything in one place
it used be so hard to stay on track with everything you had to do after you made a purchase. The most recent app update allows me to do it all within the app - much smoother experience
This App is Hot Garbage
They broke this app and I can no longer access my blood test results (before even when I could they made it extremely confusing and unnecessarily difficult to access). They made me fill out a bunch of personal information (that I didn’t want to give) just to access test results that I previously had access to, and one of the form questions asked if I had cancer, diabetes, etc. from family history — the answer is no but the form didn’t allow for a no so I had to put that I had it lol. And even after filling all of that out I still can’t see my results. What a waste of money and a joke. Extremely expensive too.

Big Improvements in the App
Love the way the app makes it easy to schedule labs and appointments. Walks you through each step of the process! Great progress!
Lots of bugs
This app needed to be proved a little more before released. It is super buggy. For now it’s better off to just use the website.
ALLEN Suggestion
I really wish Allen the AI had better paste function, and also the ability to upload documents for Allen to read, like labs or spreadsheets.

All marketing but nothing works! Stick with Toyota or Honda. Also W2W has all time worst support
Messaging
The Messagign portion of the app is really bad. You can’t do a character return (return) while typing your message which is a critical part of Messaging, especially when typing home addresses.
Keeps on not functioning well
I’m trying to book an app and although the calendar shows me available days, there are no available times, I looked through the next 6 months and the situation is the same. The worst part is that there is no way to let the support know about their issue. I also ended up in a situation in which the buttons were not working and nothing was happening, I had to restart it

Customer service is awful
I have yet to determine the quality of the products, but if you are looking to get any communication at all from them prepared to wait a day or two for a garbage stick answer that mates you have to re-ask the same question in order to try to get an answer.
Best All In one Health App
It has everything from AI bloodwork analysis, peptides, stem cells. I have today so many treatments from them. They have changed my life!
Allen is Great
Overall the app is great. I’d say that filling out wavers online if buggy and doesn’t communicate with the mothership like all medical electronic forms. Really like communicating with Allen and feel the email communications are good. I want Allen for all medical questions!
Only available in the US
The fact that I’m forced to use the mobile app to access the results and it is available only in the US App Store is just pathetic

Horrible service
I tried this for a year and all I can say is the service is horrible. They’re slow to respond and you never talk to the same person twice which makes creating and managing a health plan difficult/impossible. Now they tried to force everyone into a membership and changed their pricing so I’m done with them.
