Nice app

Easy way to get strong body, thanks

Finally an app that stays out of the way and just works!

I've lost count of how many workout apps I've downloaded and deleted. They're all the same story: buried menus, a paywall three taps in, and some social feed I never asked for. WeekFit doesn't do any of that. It just logs workouts.

The thing that actually got me to keep using it is how fast logging is. It pre-fills last week's weights and reps, so most sets are two taps and done. No typing numbers into a keyboard while someone waits for the bench.

The Watch app is the other reason. I can bump the weight up or down with the Digital Crown and let the rest timer run on my wrist, so my phone stays in my bag between sets. That sounds minor until you've done it for a month.

Everything else is just solid. The weekly view is simple enough that I set up training and rest days once and stopped thinking about it. Dark mode looks right, it syncs to Apple Health, and the Lock Screen Live Activity means I always know how much rest I have left without unlocking anything. It feels like an app Apple would have made.

If you want something that tracks your lifts and helps you show up consistently, without a bunch of stuff you'll never use, this is worth a look.
