Some of the worst UX I’ve encountered
Try adding a new account, for example—wow! I need to manage my mom’s meds and impossible to add her to my account as the app suggests I can do… it’s making me call a number to make a whole new account (requires information that we have, but says “no blah blah found…”). Oh, try seeing meds that you’ve submitted for renewal but need approval (they just disappear from the pending queue). The folks working there are the best—really great people! This app, on the other hand, is more of a liability than feature. And Weis phone customer service is very extremely bad (try and you’ll know exactly what I mean)!

Weis Pharmacy costs 1/4 of the price of Walmart, plus it’s more personal & friendly. I am so glad that I changed to them last year

Payment option
The only thing I can say I would improve for the app would be a way to pay the co-pay or the prescription price from the app. Other than that once I learned all the tabs It’s was great.

I was so worried when my local Rite Aid closed and I had to find a new pharmacy. These past few weeks having Weis as my new pharmacy, I without a doubt am assured I made no mistake by choosing them to manage my medications. I’ve had no issues at all unlike with my last pharmacy as well as my experience with CVS. Weis is definitely way better than either.

Our Weis Pharmacy is very convenient. Can shop for groceries and pick-up meds. Short lines or no lines. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Best service of any pharmacy ever used
Excellent friendly service, never a problem with staff, pricing or inventory. The app could include medications waiting to be filled on a certain date, to prevent confusion if the Rx is at the pharmacy or not.
