Great app for Co-host and property owners
I joined welcome in app as an AirbBnB Co-Host. The app connected me to property owners in need of my services to manage their AirBnB/STR property and the app gives the property owners option to do background checks through Checkr which lets me know the property owner is legit and they have been verified on their end! They do take a 5% fee on the contractors end ( if you are a manager) end but also you can negotiate pay with property owner and that’s a small fee from what I was able to negotiate. Overall great app!
