Despite regular updates the app is still basic and has poor functionality
Constant Updates
Why does this app need to be updated every single time I open it? They have to fix something on the backend that doesn’t require going to the App Store and updating the app every single time you open it. Whether it’s a couple of days later or a week later, it always requires an update. It’s super annoying.

Easier to order on website
This app is so frustrating. The search bar produces unhelpful results. Finding shades is annoying as a lot of them are not in order. Does not save payment method for easier checkout. Most products don’t have any information on how to use. Promotions are confusing. Constantly needs updating and never has any improvements.

Terrible
Terrible app, every time I try to order it lags, it’s so slow and I end up with multiple quantities of items! what should be quick and easy takes forever.
The shades never show up
The old app tells me download new app for better experience.. but ‘‘tis horrible with the new app .. i can never everrrr get the shades to even load and have to google ? Why is the new app so bad ?

Awful app
I Have used OPI for years and never had so much trouble ordering it as I have had since this app was launched. Not straightforward to use and today I can’t log in, won’t recognise password so have changed it and still cannot get in. I’m offering a professional service to my clients it is about time wella did the same!!!

Can’t add product to chart .
The chart in app and website aren’t adding product after items clicked . Please help to resolve

Makes ordering even more difficult
The app is a mess. Rather than being straightforward you have to click through a bunch of options. It’s incredibly slow to load products and update cart. Sale codes always have issues. Can’t load images is constant. It’s clumsy and annoying.

Can you not get this right?! Why are you always missing shades from each range and have been for the past 5years! Beyond poor

Its sad that you can create an account on this app only if you are a professional hairdressers or you have a business in that field . I dye&bleach my own hair and also some of my friends and family’s hair . I love wella products and it was so easy with the wella shade chart app to find the right colours. Now I can’t even use the shade chart app because they upgraded it to this one..

Hate all Wella Apps
Literally all their apps are garbage. I’ve been trying to login for an hour and keep getting redirected to different apps and I’m losing my mind
I can't add products to the cart.
After I updated the program the other day, I can't put anything in the cart!!! What should I do?

Great for Salon Owners!
Super convenient to re-order products you’ve bought before. Really great to have if you use not only Wella color, but a lot of other brands as well like OPI, Nioxin, Briogeo, etc.

Every time I go to use the app I can’t get into it until it has been updated. I log in probably 3 or 4 times a month and every time I have to up date.
Also the screen is very small. I would prefer the pages to fill my screen.
