Apple Hill Surgery Center Is Amazing
I absolutely love that I chose this place for Surgery. Everyone was so sweet and calming and reassuring. Trish at pre op was amazing!!! And I cannot remember the nurses name at post op as I was in and out of sleep, but she took such good care of me and made sure my pain was taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone. Dr. Hooman was great as well!

Online Scheduling
Online scheduling for my blood test was cumbersome, lengthy, and user unfriendly.
Could be better
It’s OK, however I get notifications that there is a billing letter and when I open the app to go into it, it doesn’t allow me to open it which doesn’t make sense and honestly, there’s no point in checking in through the app because you still have to check out once you arrive there all in all, it’s not horrible.

Refilling Prescriptions
Trying to get prescriptions refilled on this app is horrible. Two different locations to get them filled and the app doesn’t allow it. It says continue filling out request. There is nothing left to fill out. It doesn’t allow you to submit request.

Portal
As much as I'm getting good care, the portal can be confusing. I do not always know what some of the medical terminology means. I currently have instructions to print orders on the portal to take to an appointment. I do not have a working printer. They must consider that it is not possible for everyone to do this.

Tried to KILL ME!
I went into the ER due to a rash forming on my body. After telling them I was bit by a bug and that my body started to have a bad reaction. I had already gone to urgent care twice and to the ER at Holy Spirit( also terrible). I explained that I believed I had Lyme dis ase but I was manifesting differently. They gave me Prednisone( which made it worse), then the doctor refused to come back to check and see when I said the rash had gotten worse. Not only did the doctor not test me for Lyme Disease right away, when I requested antibiotics, they refused. I left and began taking some old amoxicillin that I had and within hours my symptoms began to improve. The rash on my body has began to slow down, and some of the patches have actually began to fade. My eye and my face had began to swell and that has improved significantly. DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU !!!!

Dr Jacoby and her wonderful team of nurses are the best and most caring people I have ever met. This is the first and only doctor I have had that is so easy to talk to and down to earth and I can just laugh with. Keep up the amazing work you lady’s do in that office. I have tried 10 times to schedule an appt with my family doctor and it keeps sending thru an endless loop. Very frustrating !!

Great communication with my 98 yo Mom’s IM Dr Pullak and his team as well as her Endocrinologist and other providers. This app works well for us to manage her day to day and month to month care. Her doctors and staff use it wisely and their responses are always timely and focused. I’m so appreciative.

Why No Emailed Receipts?
Why don’t you offer emailed receipts instead of paper or texts? Email pdfs are more reliable than texts and save more money than paper receipts. I visited two of your facilities today and asked for emailed receipts instead of paper and the paper and text receipts were mandatory. Text receipts can also cost some customers money. Please consider emailed receipts. This would be the same as a printed receipt as they could print it from home if they opt out of a printed receipt at the time of service, but it still provides the same level of detail digitally. The text receipts do not. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
