Doesn’t sync
I am having to constantly delete and reinstall the app so my Apple health will sync. That is extremely frustrating when you are in an active challenge. I have messaged about this numerous times hoping the updates will help but it never does. A constant battle.
Downloads
I go on the website on my computer. I can’t put my paperwork in and when I tried doing it on the phone, it doesn’t have the same forms that I want to submit for my programs. It’s not that easy to do and very frustrating.
App is awful
The program is great but the app is slow, always an error, and next to impossible to connect certain devices
Glitchy
It doesn’t connect to my Apple Watch. And it doesn’t track steps properly from the health app. And when I try to add the steps manually it takes forever to load. Terrible app.
Ease of use
This app continually disconnects from my Apple Watch. It is a poorly designed app

This doesn’t work well at all. I always have to go in and resync my Apple device and sometime it works and some time it doesn’t. Please look into this
Loses synch too often
App loses synch with devices too frequently and the programs on Wellbeats are primarily geared towards beginners.

What a piece of trash
Mall never worked. Sync never worked. Customer service never responded. What a piece of trash except some stupid companies choose to use it

This is the worst way to do health insurance. Shame on the company I work for.
Horrible
It disconnects your device so you don’t earn points, not user friendly. It’s almost like they do not want you to earn points!
Where’s the form
Want me to fill out a form but it’s impossible to find. Making progress easy but really hard to complete. Another genius HR idea.
It’s okay
App works fine but it asks for a review EVERY time you open it. Quite annoying.
Losing the sync connection when dormant
My app uninstalled due to being dormant. (I only use it to sync with Apple health.) Now it does not sync at all.
Syncing doesn’t work
Frustrating that what the app says it can do, it doesn’t.
