Apple Watch Syncing Is Unreliable
This app will not stay synced with my Apple Watch. I have all permissions and settings configured correctly, but after a while it randomly stops syncing and I have to reset everything to get it working again. Now it won’t sync at all. For an app that relies on activity data, reliable Apple Watch syncing should be a basic function. It’s incredibly frustrating to repeatedly troubleshoot the same issue.

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. The preferred path is syncing your Apple Watch with the Apple Health app on your phone, and then syncing your Apple Health app with the Wellworks app. Please ensure you are following the steps in our sync guide, available in the app -> main menu icon in upper-left -> Devices -> Sync other devices. It is especially important to ensure background app refresh is enabled for the Wellworks app and that you leave the Wellworks app open, at least in the background, in order for data to sync routinely. Constant issues with app not working. Junk.
Terrible App
Steps and health does not properly sync with the app. Even after deleting the app and re-downloading multiple times the app does not sync with Apple health. That's the main reason for using the app and it doesn't even do that. Awful.
Won’t stay synced
Can you please fix the issue with apple health not staying synced? I shouldn’t have to re-sync it every single day.

Not monitored properly
Submitted several forms per my company policy. They haven’t been reviewed in a timely manner. Had to get my HR involved. Poorly monitored.
Doesn’t sync
I am having to constantly delete and reinstall the app so my Apple health will sync. That is extremely frustrating when you are in an active challenge. I have messaged about this numerous times hoping the updates will help but it never does. A constant battle.
Downloads
I go on the website on my computer. I can’t put my paperwork in and when I tried doing it on the phone, it doesn’t have the same forms that I want to submit for my programs. It’s not that easy to do and very frustrating.
App is awful
The program is great but the app is slow, always an error, and next to impossible to connect certain devices
Glitchy
It doesn’t connect to my Apple Watch. And it doesn’t track steps properly from the health app. And when I try to add the steps manually it takes forever to load. Terrible app.

Loses synch too often
App loses synch with devices too frequently and the programs on Wellbeats are primarily geared towards beginners.

Mall never worked. Sync never worked. Customer service never responded. What a piece of trash except some stupid companies choose to use it

It disconnects your device so you don’t earn points, not user friendly. It’s almost like they do not want you to earn points!
Where’s the form
Want me to fill out a form but it’s impossible to find. Making progress easy but really hard to complete. Another genius HR idea.
