App doesn’t work
After logging in you are present with a grey screen, nothing works !

Like most of the reviews I too found that all I get is a grey screen, can’t access the app or any tickets - no help from Wembley stadium or app creators.

When I open the app, it lets me sign in and then all I get is a white screen.

Grey Screen & No Support!
I have to add the the majority of users, this App is terrible. If it ever lets you login, beyond that all you get is a blank grey screen! I’ve tried contacting Wembley Stadium & SecuTix for support to no avail… god knows how I’m going to get in for my event as they won’t issue tickets any other way!

I have an iPhone 13 and the app simply doesn’t work. Once registered & logged on the screen is just blank. I see other users have raised the same issue but don’t see any info on if/how it can be fixed.

Download Wembley ticket app home to the national stadium and it doesn’t open , doesn’t say much for the home of football

App asks you to set up an account with email and password - sends verification code via that email - once this is entered there is nothing but a blank grey screen. Utter rubbish in the current version - please fix!
