App errors on login
I have been using this banking method for over 6 years now, and love the simplicity and ease with which I can manage my money; unless of course I want to use this app!!
The app keeps telling me work app, been doing this for about 2 months. I have to actually visit their website to log in, as the app won’t allow me to.
So frustrating that I am shopping online banks for the first time in a long while!

App not opening
App is not opening and just freezes on app logo when initiating. When you click on support it gives an error message. I have rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the App Store with no resolution. The app seemed to work fine yesterday but will not work today.
Not able to log into app
The app is not working. I’m able to go to the website to access the account. Very inconvenient because it has been going on for about 2 weeks

My app is steady saying and download the all access app, but I already have it and I need to get into my account ASAP.please fix

I have the app and I’m trying to log in and it’s telling me to download the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and keeps saying the same thing. Very very frustrating
Frustrated customer
The app keeps telling me to download the app and will not let me access my account at all and I already have the app downloaded is becoming to be frustrating. I've tried. deleting the app and reinstalling it three times and it keeps resulting this has never happened before.
I can’t log in to my app
Every time I do, I’m told to download the app. So, I deleted the one I have been using for months with no problem, until now. I went to the App Store and loaded it again. Still not working. I know my login info is correct.

Worst app ever
I have been having trouble login in and I don’t receive my email to reset my pass word. Customer service don’t help they total ignore the complaint and don’t do any to be of assistance. I don’t recommend this service to anyone.
Can’t get into my app
I love the app and all but today it’s not letting me in at all… what is going on? Is there a maintenance issue causing this???
Registration doesn’t work…
You won’t even be able to register.. you will never be able to get a card)) the developers forgot about the app…

I paid 25$ to get my debit card within two business day is it possible for my card to be delivered within that two working days?
Worst online banking app
Worst banking app on the internet focused solely on draining as money their customers as possible via outrageous fees for simple everyday transactions. Don’t waste your time or money it’s not worth it.
Fake app
Don’t download this app is fake they tried to steal money when you sing up they ask you for crdit card and CCV number
Charges you 1.50 for any transaction you make

This app is horrible every time I go to load money it says to call costumer service and doesn’t work. It’s so slow, the fees are ridiculous and the customer service is horrible
Wast of time and money..
I bought this western union prepaid master card in store and put $50 on it and now I can’t activate my card to get my money back which really pisses me off I would give this app 0/10 wast of my time and money……..
