Can’t connect to a real person

I been trying to connect to a representative and all they doing is looping me around with ai. Cannot connect to a real person to talk about my concerns. The option won’t even allow me to ask anything.

Refinancing ASAP

This apps easy auto pay feature doesn’t work at all! The worst part is the bank acknowledges that, but will still hold any unpaid bills against you. You would think they would fix the bug in the app that prevents making paying bills easier. I now have a repossession on my credit report due to this, which I will be disputing! I’m highly dissatisfied in the performance of this app

terrible customer service, if any at all.

please get a real answering system, the ai response is a waste of time and is no real help.

Trash

I do not recommend taking out loans with this bank. The interest rates are simply exorbitant and the customer service is terrible.

Not great. Garbage company?

Unlike most banking apps I can’t find a way to see previous payments or really much detail in general other than upcoming payment.

I signed in on the day my first car payment was due to see that it said the next payment is scheduled for next month. Started an online chat on the website to verify they saw a payment for that day and was told the first payment has to be submitted manually. What?! Was I just going to be charged a late fee had I not checked?

I went in to immediately make a one time payment online from the website on a computer (not in the app) and noticed there is a $5 fee for using a debit/credit card that I don’t believe had been disclosed in the app. Maybe it was there but I didn’t remember seeing it. I removed that and added my bank account info instead.

I made the payment around noon eastern time on a Friday. I noticed the payment had not come out of my bank acct yet so I checked the app and could not see any acct activity. Once again I had to go sign back into the website from a computer where thankfully it did show the payment it had just not removed it from my account yet.

Not sure if this is a garbage company or just a garbage app. I only used them because that’s what this specific dealership offered. I’ll likely very quickly refinance through a different bank and get away from Westlake. They should be embarrassed of this garbage they put on the App Store.

Straight to jail, all of you

this app is criminal, these people should all be in jail. i go to edit/increase the autopayment and despite there clearly being a tab for payment amount, that feature apparently does not exist. i'm not allowed to increase the autopayment amount. i think, "whatever, they can't stop me from making one time payments". so after already filling out my card for the autopayments and storing it, it has me fill out all my information AGAIN for the one time payment. (they have my card stored, they just want to annoy me out of paying more than the minimum). whatever, i have my card memorized. i enter the info again and click save card for future purchases. i'm already mad at this point so i put $1000 (more than i was going to pay). error processing payment. no problem, i'll try again. wait, the card that i JUST SAVED is gone. i'm expected to enter my card info for the third time despite the fact that they for sure have my card saved perfectly fine and will be billing it monthly. i put $2000 this time because i'm even more mad. error processing again. at this point, i'm thinking maybe my bank is declining these charges. i have one more option which is to fill out my bank name, account and routing number, and pay directly. i figure if that doesn't work then it's probably my bank. well, it worked that time, so after deliberately setting up all their bs dead ends i could finally make a payment.
straight to jail, all of them. disgusting, disrespectful, and scummy behavior. i'm not stupid, i know what you're trying to do. i hope on one grateful day, god sends you down a bureaucratic spiral of e forms as you beg to get into heaven, only to be helplessly met with error messages and outsourced customer service lines while hell's burning hold music crescendos.

Bunch of thieves

They charge you a “processing fee” each time you pay your monthly car payment which is $5. That’s an extra $60 a year. Processing fee for what?? Bunch of thieves is what they are. Never financing a car through Westlake again and telling everyone I know to stay away from them.

Hurt my Credict Rude people

I got my vehicle from a dealer who uses Westlake financial. He sold us a truck for $22,000 but the Credict appeared as if he sold it for $25,000 that’s to begin with The car was involved in an accident and the insurance would only pay $22000. Westlake called me and wanted to assist on my behalf but was soon stopped by the insurance company and advised they can’t help. This caused a delay in payment as I was not sold Gap insurance. I have been making payments however confused and now they said I was late 2 months in a row. When you call you get rude Spanish reps that don’t seem to know what to do or how to treat certain situations and overall are rude

Don’t recommend

probably the worst app to finance your car with. constant loading screens and errors. half the time you cant even chacm your principal cause the app “cannot load it right now.” don’t recommend

It won’t let me login the app

I’m financing my car through them but it won’t let me set a password or login the app because I don’t have a password so I try and reset my password and it won’t let me do that and I tried to call the number they gave me and it don’t have an option for that

Awful

Yeah I can make payments on the app but that’s after a ten minute load time. I can call customer service and get robots after robots. Can you please fix this app. It’s driving me mad.

Car loans.

The dealer made me deal with these scammers. Company is in Phillipines ripping of Us citizens. DO NOT ❌❌❌ work with these cheaters.

App sucks. Hard to reach a real person in the chat.

I’ve been using this app for my auto financing and I’m completely unsatisfied. Customer service is not helpful when needing to reach them during operating hours, and I don’t want to make payments over the phone due to the service fee. I’ve tried several times to make my payments through the app, and there are lots of bugs with the app’s payment processing service. I’ve been getting an error message that says the payment has failed or that they cannot accept my payment. I’ve tried to link different cards and that failed too. Their service has gotten shady, and I feel they want me to call so that I have to pay the service fee. I want to get out of this contract as soon as I can. Thinking about seeking litigation due to their shady service. Not satisfying at all with their service.

Garbage

It can be week

It be a week before payment is due and they already calling . I’m a customer that pays on time

Terrible

App will not let me log in, reset my password multiple times and still tells me it’s wrong.

Horrible App

Since the update it will not easily allow you to select payment amount. You can press on the down/up arrow and you will keep getting a message about selecting a different payment amount. It’s so annoying

Terrible. App doesn’t load, skyrocket interesting.

App does not even load enough to pay my bill.

Difficult company, good app

You don’t need an auto loan bad enough to use Westlake financial. You’re better off walking.

Be prepared for non-sufficient fund fees when you have plenty of funds. They’ll have you send bank statements to prove sufficient funds but never get back to you. Forget a call back let alone an email, and definitely don’t expect them to honor their word when they say they’ll waive the fee once you send your bank statement. Buy a bicycle instead.
