Bug and Issue with IOS App
Hello, issue is i am running latest ver IOS on Ipad, latest Westpac app 08/04 but for a while now have not been able to receive notifications regards , messaging from Disputes team or notification regard's Deposits made in to account ,a past feature, checked settings on ipad all notifications turned on and also in App, ???

Updates that are setbacks!
Used this app for years but now I can’t enter my password - so frustrating.
I can’t enter my password at all. Nothing appears! I have to now use the web browser.
I am using iOS 17.7.10 on an iPad 6th generation.

I have been unable to receive notifications of transactions since updating the new app. Have tried to contact Westpac online……hopeless. I went down to the local branch, and they checked that everything was turned on, still didn’t work.
18 months ago I was able to pick up a withdrawal I had not authorised, and immediately contacted the bank. I am waiting for someone to contact me………

Lists of transactions for accounts
Previous version better where I could see more than recent five transactions for my accounts. Hope this is fixed soon as using app is useless.
Easy to use providing you wear sunglasses
This is a great App. I have used it a lot ever since it was released. The only failure is the lack of a dark mode. It’s so bright white, it hurts my eyes. I have an eye problem where bright light and hideously white screens severely affect my vision. These days most apps have a Dark Mode specifically for this problem. Seems odd that I have an iPad all in Dark Mode, till I start the Westpac App and it’s like Microsoft used to be “Wall of White”. There is a setting for ‘wallpaper’, however, it only shows if you are not looking at anything useful, like links etc….. Wonder what the Developer was thinking! Would be good to hear Dark Mode is coming, otherwise I will have to change to another Bank just to solve this problem.

Some notifications are useful and important. This app tells you of how many notifications you have by a small number on the app icon. Unfortunately, it gets numbers from 2 up to 4 every day. When you go into the app there are NO notifications. Once you close the app the number vanishes. Unfortunately, it may return later in the day with the same result.

UNUSABLE!
I can’t even set up this app on my iPad, as it won’t accept my ID and password. The same ID and password that work perfectly on my iPhone and laptop, are not accepted by this app. Useless.
Suspicious!
I opened the new Westpac app for ipad as suggested. It asks for a new longer password but would not accept the one I created after multiple attempts.
Westpac has not announced this new version, so I am suspicious that it is a phishing exercise.
I was able to log into the old app and will continue to use that.

I hate your new version. It’s klutzy to navigate. The previous one was so much better.

Well this app was fantastic till about nine months ago when it stopped opening. Have deleted and reinstalled umpteen times but to no avail.
It works once when installed and the only flashes on the screen an disappears, my system is up to date with everything that apple put out so it's not that.
Sending a message to the developers was a waste of time as no help at all, why can't you get it to work like the iPhone app.
Please, please get it to work again.

EASY TO USE
Really like the app, not cluttered, easy to navigate but would like to be able to have our password managers create a password which are large and hard to guess even though I use biometrics, but there are times when your finger does not always work so I then fall back to my password but I am no longer feeling safe enough using that. But overall I love the app and thoroughly recommend it.

Needs an upgrade
There is something wrong with this app, I have been using it for years, but the last few months I have to keep deleting the app and then re open it. It works for about 3 times, then shuts down before opening. Very frustrating
Works till it doesn't
Is a great app till it refuses to l I ad up and crashes every time you open it. Uninstall and reinstall and works fine. No issues on iPhone 13 though....

Very buggy app
When it works, it’s fine….but it crashes at least fortnightly and has to be reinstalled. Very very annoying
