起動しない

数日に一度の割合で、起動時のWeWorkロゴのままフリーズする現象。使いたい時に使えないのは致命的。

Very slow, predatory permissions

Very slow and clunky app, takes ages to load and the app refreshes any time you switch to another app (to approve the payment with your bank for instance)
In order to use the “add to calendar” button you have to allow them full access to your calendar, rather than “add events” permission only.

Please fix your UX

Your booking selector and finding locations within a city is terrible.

Please fix it, if you can’t - we can velocitylabs.co

Baffling

Why are the app and website both so awful? Why can’t either sort locations or work normally in 2026? How does a business that’s basically an app and some real estate not deliver on the app???

Filters don’t work

When trying to find an available space to reserve, filters don’t change what is being offered, so a lot of time is lost tapping in out of options that don’t fit my needs.

Payment is very tough

Almost went to find something else because of the poor payment experience with the update.

Asked me to put in my billing details many times and when I thought I was almost done the complete action was grayed out. Figured it out after 10-minutes of trying.

Definitely dropping some revenue here.

Awesome venues Awful app

Sometimes it works. Well, mostly. However, bugs linger unfixed for days and the UX is sub-par to say the least.

Misleading Subscription Cancellation Terms

WeWork communicates its contract termination and subscription cancellation terms poorly and ambiguously. I received several emails stating that my monthly membership would end at the end of the month. Based on these emails, I reasonably understood that no further action was required on my part and that the membership would terminate automatically.

However, this was not the case. At the beginning of the following month, I was charged again. The wording of these marketing emails was misleading and gave me the impression that my membership would end automatically, when in fact a separate cancellation action was required.

Slow buggy app

App is so slow to book a room, often says they can't find a nearby location even though I'm actually in the office

Constantly reloading

Terrible app, keeps reloading everytime I try to book a room or desk.

Always reloading

Always crashes and reloads. Unable to book. Basic features that are needed are hidden like adding bookings to the calendar when you book. UX wise a total nightmare. Love WeWork though.

Terrible

App always crashes, really bad UX, overall experience of navigating the app is confusing and takes way too many steps to get places

Unusable

Returns to the home page every second. It’s impossible to use because I literally cannot navigate to any other page in the app.

Bugs

I’ve been unable to complete a booking in the WeWork app for over a month. At the payment step, the app freezes for several minutes and then shows an error, so I can’t finish the reservation

Horribly designed

You wake up early and you’re in a rush to get to your WeWork. You arrive at the WeWork with your card, can I just scan my way in?

No, I need to use the app. I open the app, what WeWork would you like? Heres a WeWork in New York (I’m literally in London). I search for this London WeWork (it’s still trying to show me ones in the US) and then book a desk. Now can I get in? No. The card won’t update for the next 5 minutes. So I got to sit around waiting and occasionally testing my card. Who thought that is a good idea?

This card is connected to my account, I should be able to tap the card and it automatically deduce “hmm he has credits and likely wants to book a desk here for the day”.

Also super laggy app, I can vibe code you something far simpler. This app is not complex.

Not usable

I’ve been trying for about 3 minutes to slide the time slider to the period I need, it won’t work. How do you expect me to book?

Terrible user experience

The app recently became very slow with all operations and I see errors when trying to book a desk with message “Oops, something went wrong”

App always crashes

Great service, specially the DUMBO and Montague crew. My main issue is the app crashes and it’s very frustrating when I need to book.

App is terrible

Super slow, terrible performance, crashes randomly, won’t let you book multiple days at once, you’ll search the exact address of a location and it’s not the first result, etc.
