Sign in doesn’t work
Dumbah app doesn’t let me sign in with my email because it says the “account already exists”, OBVIOUSLY IT EXISTS THATS WHY IM TRYNA SIGN INTO IT .

Can’t even open the app. It stays loading in the orange screen for a bit then gets me out of the app.

Notifications won’t clear
No matter how many times I have closed and reopened the app, clicked on the "view rewards and offers" tab
- and even opened each one... I CANNOT get the red notification bubble to clear!! SO frustrating. I have gone through all the account settings and anything else I could find or think of. I have updated the app, l've signed out, tried it all and I JUST want the bubble to go away!

Can’t install!
Downloaded app over a dozen times without success. App just freezes on welcome screen! iPhone 16 with current iOS.
Annoying random badges
Badge numbers randomly appear with no apparent correlation in the app. Therefore, unable to locate or clear the triggering item. I’m solving this by turning of badge notifications.
Terrrible App
Beside the fact that it is the laggiest app I’ve ever used, it’s also just wrong. Don’t tell me that the chicken sandwich isn’t available when I can go to the window and order it. Same as brioche bun. So you’re just telling me all these things are unavailable but I can order it when I get there? Okay.

App crash
The app crashes before I can even log in 🤧
Places order (twice)
Placed order (twice) for breakfast, went through checkout and paid with Apple Pay (twice) for ASAP counter pickup about 10 minutes before 11am but store did not receive my order. The store was still making breakfast for in counter orders but would not take any new orders at 11:03am. Your app should close / change menus 20 to minutes before cut off if this is how you choose to run your business! If I had skipped the app order I could have placed order at the counter. ZERO STARS!

Adding coupons after they’re already expired through the app, but not before
I check this app almost every day for lunch and was noticing I wasn’t getting any deals, so I wasn’t ordering, but still checking the app and day after day… no coupons, nothing. Finally they added 2 good coupons… but the expiration date was 7/3 and 7/5 and I couldn’t use them bc it’s the 8th… why didn’t these show up before? But yet showed up after becoming expired. Can’t fix notification badge issue
Have had a notification badge showing for weeks. They know about the problem. Finally just deleted the app. Hopefully they’ll fix one day and I can re-load the app.

KNOWN BUG
The app always declines my payment and for a while I thought it was my card because it was the same card on apple pay and physical but I just got a new card and input it in, STILL DECLINING. You know it’s a problem when there’s a whole reddit thread about the issue dating back almost 3 years ago Fix this problem PLEASE I would rather order curbside than have to go through the drive thru - this issue makes me order elsewhere like Mcdonald’s their app is literally 10/10 rewards system and online ordering

Be careful when ordering.
I’m normally not one to lobby complaints or to put any reviews at all let alone negative ones but I just put an order in through the app like I have a dozen times before. Each time it makes you select the location you want to order from, a lil annoying but it’s fine cuz McDonald’s does the same thing I don’t know why but this time it auto selected a location in a completely different state and I then had to go through the pain of getting a refund via customer service, something I didn’t really feel like doing when I just got off work at 5 AM. I got the refund so it’s fine but my word of advice to users is to always check the location before you place an order.

Keep saying my email is being used by another account and then I can’t access it. I’ve tried three different emails. Why is it so bad?

Worst Whataburger I have ever had. 3rd attempt and will not return. Sad excuse for a Whataburger. Not the same north of Houston, Tx.
