App is pretty good, could have a better ui
App works decent, a little slow to respond when clicking things though unsure if that is app issue or simply phone. 15 pro so figure that’s still fast enough to load things quickly. Main issue is that the UI is very sharp lined and just outdated compared to most apps, could be more rounded and easier on the eyes. Personal preference from using other apps with smoother transitions and UI’s. One bug I see, is the notification badge does not go away, looked at notification in app and offers etc, refreshed and nothing makes it go away even after reinstallation of app. It has a badge notification stuck on this single app. The rest go away.

All of my reward points disappeared after the app update
All of my points disappeared from my account after the update. I checked my reward history and everywhere else that I could. There is no evidence on my account that my reward points expired. Please fix this issue.
Time estimates are useless
Time estimates in the app are useless.
Bring back the old app!
This app is the worst! Good luck finding what you're looking for. Good luck using your reward points unless you order ahead. It's about as reliable and useful as the actual food that you get at the actual restaurant, which is unreliable and 90% of the time incorrect. Used to be my go to place, now I cannot stand the product and I cannot stand the food.

Payment system constantly broken!
Awfully awful
Constantly freezes on opening the app. Been using the Whataburger app for years, but the past several months have been terrible. I’ve come to the point where I’m no longer going to Whataburger. I just tried once again for giggles and, bam! nada, nothing but frozen screen. Good thing I like Chick Filet.

Earn most points fails
I give my earn referral code to my friends and fail every time. I never get my 500 pints. I am going to so referring this app.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this application and it I’ll not open since the update. It was working fine then nothing. Please fix.

Removed Drive Thru Pick Up
Great food but the removal of drive through pick up bothers the hell out of me because I live far away and now I have to get out of my car with my heart condition and swollen legs, go inside to hear the workers screech about hot I should be wearing shoes on my grapefruit size feet, and then go home after being threatened.

Banner ads blocking app function
You have to click the banner add with no clear way to close it to order, im already paying for food on your app, make it easy don’t add terrible unavoidable banner ads

Lately, the app has been giving me offers for free food with a purchase of drink and fries after the expiration date. For 2 weeks after 7/5 I got an offer for a free whataburger, as of today, the app is offering a free whataburger but the coupon expired 7/22...
Ugh
The app makes you wait 2 hours or more to get you order. It’s better off to door dash it or another option.
