Constantly glitching
Glitching constantly, especially with coupon issues. I get it, yall want people to pay full price. It constantly gives issues scanning in coupons saying they are invalid or they’ll give you a coupon on the app and take it away wayyyyy before the expiration, or offer you coupons on the APP that are already expired, for lunch it’s an app I check pretty often and they were giving me coupons or time of day coupons after the expiration date or time… constantly. But not being able to scan in coupons irks me so bad. Is it bc they don’t want us to get the points or to use coupons?… but they work in store…. If yall don’t want people to use them don’t send so many lol

One suggestion is to have the camera be zoomable when you are scanning a coupon. My phone will not scan small coupons. Thanks.

App doesn’t work
I used to order from Whataburger often. But since I switched phones and had to download the App again, it won’t progress past the “be the first to know” screen. Whataburger doesn’t need to know where I am every second of the day. ..if that’s what the hangup is. I will never give Whataburger permission to track my location when I’m not using the App…not ever. So, whoever decided this change would be a good idea has lost a customer. I’m probably not the only one.

Can’t scan coupons
I got coupons in the mail, tried scanning them into the app with 2 different phones several times and it would not register. This seems to be an issue I’ve had for a long time and the same with many people online.
Declined payments
I haven’t been able to order on the app or the website for years now with SEVERAL debit cards. Every card I use, the app declines it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve made different accounts. Nothing works.

When I tried to download it, the app went from 1 hr to 3hrs and js kept changing thr the time and it was ONLY this app.
User Friendly
Only issue I had was the initial install and customer service quickly fixed it by telling me to choose a smaller font and then it installed without issue. Excellent and easy to order.
Removing coupons before the expiration date
They keep removing coupons even though it hasn’t hit the date they said it would expire, OR not having any and then showing me ones that are already expired… this app PMO. And then I ordered a day or 2 ago and I don’t think they ever added points to my acct…
App is pretty good, could have a better ui
App works decent, a little slow to respond when clicking things though unsure if that is app issue or simply phone. 15 pro so figure that’s still fast enough to load things quickly. Main issue is that the UI is very sharp lined and just outdated compared to most apps, could be more rounded and easier on the eyes. Personal preference from using other apps with smoother transitions and UI’s. One bug I see, is the notification badge does not go away, looked at notification in app and offers etc, refreshed and nothing makes it go away even after reinstallation of app. It has a badge notification stuck on this single app. The rest go away.

All of my reward points disappeared after the app update
All of my points disappeared from my account after the update. I checked my reward history and everywhere else that I could. There is no evidence on my account that my reward points expired. Please fix this issue.
Time estimates are useless
Time estimates in the app are useless.
Bring back the old app!
This app is the worst! Good luck finding what you're looking for. Good luck using your reward points unless you order ahead. It's about as reliable and useful as the actual food that you get at the actual restaurant, which is unreliable and 90% of the time incorrect. Used to be my go to place, now I cannot stand the product and I cannot stand the food.
