I am a Castle nut. Love it. But I have used the app a lot. But every time. 100% of the time I show up to get my food at the pick up time and once I say I am there for my online order, that is when they start making it. I always leave with my order 1/2 hour after I walk in to pick it up at the set time. So why use the app if they are going to start the order when you get there?

Primitive But It Works
This app is like using Windows 95 again! Very boxy graphics. No sound when I use Apple Pay. Confirmation screen takes a long time to load and there’s no name or order number on it.

No icy option available
Everything but the icy, the option to add pickles doesn’t work, and I hate when using coupons if you use the back button the coupon locks and you then have to wait 15 minutes for it to reset.

I don’t need to see the nutrition in big bold letters constantly. The app is very slow in working. The discount code should be shown before pay now.

The worst Ordering app I have ever encountered. I have a birthday reward and it won’t accept the code. It is hard to order anything. The fonts are terrible. With all the fast food apps out there you would think they could mirror something that would be acceptable. I gave it to One wouldn’t accept zero

I liked the app better when you could choose yes or no for pickles. If you add that into the special instructions, it’s ignored, although there is an option to choose extra onions which I did and I was charged for those extra onions, but that was ignored as well, but didn’t get any.
The food was good, but the people preparing the food need to actually read and pay attention to special instructions

Add Prices Near Items
Decent app but a smoother customer experience would include prices next to the items BEFORE the checkout screen .

They’re only offered chocolate shake on the app. Also, the app is not very user-friendly.
