I got my order in but the inability to use a guest login to check is absurd

Never get free items
It’s a decent app but I rarely get a free item. I spend a lot here but don’t get free stuff we like

No initial way to get a refund if order from wrong location. And when I changed my location and made a new order, my checkout screen brought up the other location. I’m still working on getting ahold of White Castle for a refund, going on 30 mins after my purchase

Shows items but not price
You can pick your items. But don’t know the price until they are in the cart. And it’s not a option to pay online with a White Castle gift card
Drivers suck
My wait time keeps going up as I watched 4 different drivers accept the order. It will not give me the option to cancel the order that I don’t even want at this point. Over 1 hour and it’s not even picked up yet

I have no problems with White Castle. However, this app needs some work. The ordering process is not very straightforward, and the app keeps crashing. Also, there should be an option to add your coupons at checkout, instead of having to apply them from the “My Rewards” separately.
It works but difficult to use and poorly designed
They really need to make this app more user friendly and easier to navigate and understand. It’s glitchy and just not well thought out from a design and user friendliness standpoint. Compared to other fast food chains apps this is by far the worst one to use.
I don’t care if it looks fancy with graphics and pictures but I want it easy to know what you’re getting exactly when trying to customize your order. It takes a while to get used to it and even then once you think you’ve figured it out it may or may not be how you wanted.
The app has been like this for a long time so I doubt they’ll redesign it but one can only wish. I think it would get more people to go to White Castle if they were able to easily order food from the app and just pull up to get it. It shouldn’t be this difficult to use and be this poorly designed.
I like getting the food at White Castle but I sometimes decide to get food elsewhere because I don’t feel like messing with the app for 10+ minutes to get my order put together exactly how I want. I like to customize and add stuff to my order in ways that it’s too difficult to try and do at a speaker. I also like getting the points, discounts and rewards the app gives at times.
Anyways, get your stuff together White Castle and redesign the app completely and make it up to a standard like Taco Bell, Wendy’s, McDonald’s etc. I know it costs money to have an app made but it would easily pay off because of the extra people willing to use it and make an order on it.
Maybe they’ll read my review and use the suggestions I mentioned but if not I guess people will have to continue using this poorly designed app. It just doesn’t make sense why it’s so bad for a fast food chain like this. I’ve seen better designed apps put out by privately owned restaurants and fast food chains with only a few stores. If they can do it I know White Castle could easily do the same thing.

Great for special orders
Lost a star because you can only chose “your castle” it takes a few more steps to change stores. Should be an option to select store. I order from different stores and this is aggravating
App stinks
How many times do I order for dine in and it’s locked and the drive thru is packed. By the time I get to windy my food is cold and my drink is watered down. The store should not take a dine in if they are locked down. It’s a consistent experience across the country
