I love White Castle, I don’t get it much because it’s a 5 Hour Dr. to the closest one. That being said, I use other fast food apps quite frequently. This app does have a lot of options that are really, really good. However, the actual layout of it is unpleasing. It did crash on me. But I was able to process my order. I’m happy with the food and the Service, but the app does need to work.

Your apps need to be updated
Every time I use your app it’s very confusing. Also, the deal is only lasted for 15 minutes and it kind of takes me 15 minutes to drive to the location so I feel like that is not very effective. Hopefully you read this thank you.

Love the Castle, not the App
Love WC burgers but this app is awful! Perhaps it’s where I was and signal was bad. But I almost gave up and it finally accepted pymt. I will try to use it again in a different location and see how it does.

can’t see the menu, the 2000 cal is in the way of selecting anything.
