Buses Disappear
Buses disappear so it’s impossible to track them. Also you can set your time in the past to see previous departures. This would be an improvement
Doesn’t show info for delayed buses
One of the selling points for the app is supposed to be that it saves you waiting in the rain because you can see exactly when your bus is going to arrive.
This functionality works perfectly right up until the timetabled departure time, but then the bus just disappears from the app so you have to go and stand in the rain anyway.
The information is available on the web site, so why not in the app?
The drivers are great and the route is so convenient (though it would be nice if it was more frequent) - it is only the app letting the service down like this.

Got worse
Congratulations, from the perfectly working App, last update has destroyed it completely. Can’t rely on it anymore, doesn’t update afer 10s, buses appear and disappear however they like to, showing wrong direction. The last update was supposed to fix bugs and improve performance-it did nothing.
Bus service inconsistent
Service from Slough to Victoria not reliable either turns up later in the morning before 9am. Never turns up.

Overall good. I wish the services were at least every 30 mins instead of 1 hour. Also the live tracker thing is great just sometimes it disappears and you can’t see if the bus is coming or not

We just missed the 18:35 coach … I waited and waited then I had a look at the time table displayed in Bus stop 11 opposite Victoria only to find out that the time table says coach 702 to Reading stops at Bus Stop 11 at 16:19 !!!!???? Why is the app giving out wrong times and also wrong fares … please sort out the app, it is now 18:45 on Thursday 16/12/21 it’s very cold and no coach no information on the app or any update!!!!?
