Unusable app
The app will not allow me to sign in, citing my password is incorrect. When I go to the windsor site it logs me in instantly. Also, the app is super glitchy and freezes a lot. This is strictly a review for the app, I still enjoy the site and store.
Glitch and lag
The lag is unreal. How am I supposed to shop new arrivals when I wait 10 minutes and 2 items load…

Fix your app
I never write reviews but I just updated the app and it’s worse than ever (didn’t think it was possible). Now I can’t even filter my searches. Your homepage states over 500 dresses on sale….and I’m not even able to filter by size??? I shop this brand all the time and preferably online because your stores never carry nearly as much product. Now I don’t even want to bother because of how difficult it is to find anything on your site. Fix your app or you’re losing a customer and potentially many, many more.

Terrible app
This app is very glitchy and slow. I bought the same dress 2x on the span of a week and it keeps going out of stock AFTER i have purchased. It gives you false hope on actuality purchasing your item and gives you more pressure on buying what you need.
Frustrating
The app is so complicated and glitchy its annoying. I just want to make a return but the app won’t even let me view my orders as it says I have none when that’s false. I tried signing out and signing back in and resetting my password to sign back in, but now it also won’t let me successfully reset my password. I also emailed them about my order a few days ago and they haven’t responded. And the dress I ordered wasn’t the greatest quality.

App is super glitchy
Whenever I save something to a list, the app lowers its brightness a lot. I can scroll about 20 listings before it freezes completely. I really wanted to buy a dress from here but it’s unusable from freezing, crashing, and the weird brightness issue.
Please fix your app
I’m not the type to leave reviews but this is crazy. Every time I try to look at the prom dresses—it go glitches and takes me back to the same seven dresses—that mind you, some are not even prom dresses. What is that about? I’ve refreshed each time and it still does the same thing and this is my second day trying.

Can search cloths by location
If it’s possible to only search for cloths at a given store I haven’t figured out how to do it. You have to individually check on each item.
love the shop but the app desperately needs work
i do seriously love the store & the brand. clothes are so cute & they have an outfit for anything. but this app really needs tweaking. i can never browse, & if i do i can only get maybe a few scrolls down before i get an error code. i understand developing takes lots of time, but please at least drop a bug fix or something.

Terrible app and customer service
If you want to speak to a person about an issue? Forget it. They are too lazy and too cheap to care. Expect to speak to a robot or a person who ACTs like a robot by copying and pasting and who lacks communication skills, interpersonal skills, and basic compassion. I usual like the dresses and quality the customer service is literally piss poor.
