Can’t even order on the app it’s sooooo hard trying to order wingzone that I chose not to get it bc of how difficult it is to try to order online

I agree with CMMom. 1000% all the bonus points I had saved up. I can not access because it does not recognize my email

I have a wingzone account, but I can’t log in because the only options are through Facebook, Apple or Google.
Why not allow sign in through email like you can on your website? Do the people that work for this company use their website? No way to track the order through the website, but I can’t check the app because you can’t sign in.

LOVE the food! HATE the new app & system!
I’m only giving 3 stars and not 5 stars because we all use to be able to use the app to order your delicious food. However since you’ve upgraded, it’s been terrible! Let me just say I’ve been buying food from your two restaurants ever since we moved down to Lexington, KY…15 YEARS ago! Now it’ll no longer recognize my own email address that I’ve used on the app this whole time. When you choose the Family Pack, it makes you choose 3 flavors when before we only chose 2 which was perfect. It should read…Choose up to 3 flavors. We shouldn’t HAVE TO CHOOSE 3. Also before, we could choose if we wanted all flats or all drumsticks but now it no longer gives that as a choice. Before we could also choose whether we wanted the wings for each of us cooked well done or extra well done but that was also taken away. We do NOT like this new app. It’s definitely MUCH HARDER to use!!!! The other app was very easy to order from. Now I have to call in every single one of our orders which is very inconvenient! After 15 years, I’m no longer a satisfied customer all because of this very confusing app!!!!!

Can’t even order
I am just trying to order Togo. I tried online and it didn’t work so I downloaded the app and the same thing happened. For some reason you can’t make a Togo order without an account which doesn’t make sense. I’ve forgotten my password I guess because I don’t even remember making an account. So I try the reset the password 4 times and each time I’m told the reset link doesn’t work. There is no reason to have to have an account to make an online order if I don’t care about accumulating points. You’re losing money because I can’t even order.

Worst App ever
Do not waste your time downloading. It doesn’t work on ANY LEVEL.
Tried for over an hour to order wings, couldn’t do it!
First off, I am an I.T. Professional so it’s not like I don’t know how tech works.
It’s not like online ordering came out yesterday, so there is no excuse to have an app and online ordering website this bad (I tried both)!!! The number one complaint is having a minimum delivery amount WHILE charging a delivery fee, it’s one or the other. I used to be a delivery driver so I know.
Next, you have a $9 deal you can’t have delivered so I tried to add a Ranch to it, it still says I am under the 10 minimum when my total is OVER 15 DOLLARS!! What in the wide freaking world?
I tried from plain online and through the App Store and gave up hungry.

Terrible
I have been sitting here trying to checkout and it’s extremely long also when I try to put in my card to order my food it doesn’t add it. This app has way too many bugs
The IOS app is horrible!
I’ve been having problems with this app since I installed it 2 years ago. It will not let you login. It often kicks you out in the middle of an order. Finally giving up and deleting it

New Application
This new update application/Version is great, tremendous improvement, real easy to use. My granddaughter who is 9 years old order the last time and it was easy for her to navigate. Congratulations on this new version.
Not user friendly
It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to properly use the app. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to figure out how to order through the app when everything should just be simple and streamlined. By far the worst food ordering app I’ve ever used

What is the point of having the app if it sends you straight to the internet anyways? I could have just gone to the internet and not wasted my time, then it wouldn’t even recognize my address on base even though it had the exact address

By far the worst iOS app I have ever used. I click on carry out and it charges me for delivery. I select the store and it keeps asking what store I want to use. Gave up on placing an order because it was like pulling teeth. Please fix it.

More buggy than useful
Definitely a top contender for the most bug-laden app I've ever had the privilege of using. I used this app on at least four different occasions over roughly a 1 year span... Each time resulted in my giving up and either dialing in or driving to a location. app is incredibly slow and doesn't notify the user of processing or loading in many places. With so many functional misses, I've decided to uninstall and discontinue use of the app because usability is subpar and I've lost confidence in its implementation which then makes me wonder about how/if security is built in to protect personal information.
