Crashing
Will not stop crashing is there a way to keep this from crashing constantly have to restart multiple times probably 15 times a day. I cannot be the only one that’s having this issue using a iPad Pro M4.
Fantastic solution if you want no support and garbage service
No help or support if anything goes wrong, and boy do things go wrong. Scrubbing through video is jerky, unreliable, and if you get slightly unlucky then it conveniently resets and loses your place and zoom level. There’s no guide on how to do even the most simple functions (e.g. granting login to a new user), which is byzantine to figure out. Thrilled to be moving my building away from this nightmarish software.

Latest version on iPad is a step backwards
The current version forces you to small grid even if you only have two cameras.

Latest app update killed my connection to the server. Have not been able to get it back. 👎🏽👎🏽
Intercom Calls
Using the intercom cam and push button calling works well but would be nice to have in app sound options for the notifications. Some of our users are in loud areas and can't hear the default iOS notification sound. Vibration option could help too
Review
App is very intuitive and easy to use. The connection using Cloud and adding a system with email is also very easy. Love the UI and and navigation of the system.
My only issue is sometimes playback speed will double or triple randomly when I zoom in the timeline and start playback; changing playback speed settings does not fix this. I will update this review once this bug is fixed.
Otherwise an all around great and easy to use app (and the VMS itself is also super easy to use and setup, very flexible and scalable with its mesh architecture).

Please post 24.1.3 so all of us that are screwed by your fisheye decoding issue can see our cameras again!

So now my 4K fisheye cameras look like they are 4CIF, which is just awful. Why you can display a 4K fixed lens camera, but can't display a 4K fisheye is completely illogical. The app has also drastically slowed down via Sync, so now if I get a notification it takes 5 to 6 times longer for video to come up, which is borderline useless.
Please fix all of the resolution issues and the slow Sync problem, or re-release the previous version and roll back because this current iteration is garbage has prompted me to start looking for a different VMS.

In need of an update
Remote view is pretty terrible. Extremely choppy or doesn’t work at all.
Works great!
You need to get your setup installed and connected to a solid internet connection and network. From there this app lets me see any of my camera with PTZ, Zoom, even recording up to 2 hours back from real time. The notifications are huge and seeing what’s happening. Love it!
Non-functional to view footage. Fix this app.
Whenever you’re viewing a camera live it jerks through like crazy it’s not smooth, live viewing. Sometimes it pauses for five or more seconds.

Cameras run slower then slow motion HELP
Whatever change happened about 4 months ago I can barely view my cameras they run so slow. Slower than slow motion. The dail just spins. HELP
The best ever used but has its bugs
This is the best quality app for cameras but I’m on iOS 16.6 and the video stream isn’t smooth, it pauses every other second. This wasn’t an issue in the past. Please fix this with iOS 17. Other wise it’s 5 stars
Needed Enhancements
It would be nice if we could filter by Analytics or Motion detection. Plus select the area of interest. The other is the Camera views. It would be cool if it'd either support the view build for a comptuter or better yet a Mobile view for things like iPads. We don't always want all camera's the same size. We want todo how its done like the desktop app. I wouldn't think its a compute issue as most iPhone's or iPad have plenty of compute power.

Only connects when on camera wifi
The app itself is great when I can connect to it on wifi. However, it will only connect when I am in the building the cameras are in and connected to that wifi. This wasn’t always a problem. Can it be fixed to where I can connect to the cameras no matter where I am again?
Most glitchy worst updated app I have ever dealt with
This app is the worst it crashes every other time you open it every time they update it it doesn’t work properly. It kicks you out constantly so you have to sign back in absolutely the worst camera app I have ever used.
My Go To App and VMS
I absolutely love the app and VMS I use it for all my clients. Phenomenal if you know what you are doing.
Unreliable
Half the time it doesn’t connect. Can’t enable push notifications at all.
The 5.0 update is horrible
WHY force everyone through the servers when they are onsite on wifi?!?!?!?!?
