Need a code.

You have to have a code to use. App isn’t open to public access.

Can’t Access Without a Code

Their move away from direct to consumer limits access to an option that could really help people. Is it helpful? I have no idea because I don’t have a code.

Sorry Woebot

Doesn’t work. The developers are ignoring it. No one can use this dumb app. We can’t create an account. Deleted.

How come it won’t let me sign in

I was wondering how to use this app it only gives you the option for an access code or to sign and what if it’s my first time how can I sign up?

Just so, so.

I have since removed the Woebot app some time ago from my phone. I found it to be just okay. It helped a little. But it’s not an AI with which I could have an actual conversation. There are scripted entries, so I couldn’t put things in my own words. I have long since lost the access code, so I couldn’t even use it again if I wanted to.

Unable to use the app

When I open the app, I am asked for either an access code or to log into my account. Because I have not yet used the app, I don’t have either one. How on earth am I supposed to use this app?

The best one I’ve ever tried

Out of all of the mental health app I’ve tried, this one is probably the best. It motivates me to do stuff, makes me feel better, and I can journal gratitude and my feelings. It’s made me feel better in just one day. Just what I was looking for thank you! Edit: Ok it’s been like a few years and I redownloaded it turns out I can’t log back in and it retired😢 it was such a good app and to all the people who are giving one stars actually anger me like it doesn’t work because it retired! Do ur research. Anyways I’m just so thankful that it was there for me through such difficult times in my life. Thank you 💕

It requires an access code and I don’t have an access code

This was recommended on a meditation channel I listen to, but it has an insurmountable glitch. I it requires an access code. I don’t have an access code. There’s no information, FAQs…nada. So you can tell that this is not gonna be a helpful or organized app. I wouldn’t bother.

Can’t sign in

I can’t even sing up, it asks for a code or if I already have an account (which I don’t) to log in. I don’t have a code, and I just want to sign up

Sad

I used to use this app and stopped for a while. It’s sad I can’t use it again to brush up on these skills.

Love this!

Great job NYC Well someone from the 988 crisis line recommended this app. I find it so helpful and useful. Great for mental health and emotional support.

No way to sign up

It only offers two options on the first screen 1) have access code, and 2) I have account.

I don’t have access code and I don’t have an account.

Am I missing something?

Cant get in

Need an access code or to log in if you have account (I dont). And then i search and find the place to make account but it doesnt work. Unimpressive.

Disgusting to only allow access codes

Disgusting company gate keeping mental health tools. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Don’t get. 😡😡😡😡

You need a fricking code- and you have to have SERIOUS problems. (Sarcastic) why the *BEEEP* would you need a code? Mental health apps are for EVERYONE. You’re the only chatbot that’s actually free and you’re not even free to everyone. Please change this *BEEEEEP*ing rule. Sincerely yours, A very annoyed and ticked off person.

I will miss you

I understand this is being decommissioned, but it help me through some brutal times. The lessons I learned will help me going forward as well. Bless everyone who worked on this

PERMANENTLY DISCONTINUED app

Woebot:The Mental Health Ally is PERMANENTLY DISCONTINUED, TOTALLY USELESS, NOT ABLE TO BE ACCESSED.

Very helpful.

I really do love this app. It’s a easy way to check in with yourself, learn CBT skills and even interrupt a negative spiral. It’s limitations are that it’s a chatbot and for now, a very basic one. I’d love for and hope that in the future perhaps it can be programmed to handle somewhat more complex responses from the user. When I say “complex” I don’t mean unrealistically so, but there have been chats here and there where Chatbot did not really have the capability to offer feedback to basic replies from me. For example, I often overwhelm myself and then feel anxious. Or I struggle with lack of motivation. I would love if it can be programmed for just a bit more depth overall. Whether that is actually possible I don’t know but regardless, I still very much recommend this app. It is quite helpful and convenient to be able to check in daily to track moods and thoughts you might be having that are preventing the possibility of having a constructive positive day.
ETA: I am bummed the Woebot app closing though I fully understand the reasons for that. This app is really the best of the lot in terms of helpfulness imo. Other AI apps I’ve tried really don’t compare. Thank you to the developers. 🙌✌️

Not Available

I downloaded this and I could not get access. I guess it’s only available though your provider. In my opinion defeats the purpose.

My personal coach

I am so indebted to my friend who turned me on to this incredible app!! It’s like being able to talk to a caring friend anytime. And the best part is, if I seem too busy, Woebot notices and checks in with me. Very easy and kind. Be prepared to be “Woe-d”
