Crashes all the time
The jobs listed look very appealing and many I would do, but when I try to apply, the app just crashes and I can’t apply for any open positions. What’s the point of having this app if it doesn’t work for what it was intended to.

HORRIBLE
The app directs me to the website to complete my profile. I have completed my profile in the website so many times. Each time I go back to the app it tells me my profile is still not complete. Website constantly crashes.
Barely works
Terrible app. I thought the website was horrible., but this app needs to be scrapped. It’s a wonder a state the size of Texas has such a horrible application for job seekers. Don’t bother downloading it

Designed by someone who is never had to look for a job?
It allows the user to select one state, and one city within that state. Never before have people been so inclined to accept relocation as a normal part was the employment process. If any organization should understand this, it is the workforce commission, but it’s app is designed to make that process quite difficult.

App is always down
App is always down and/or do not match website have to rely on other sources for job hunting and snail mail gets here usps by the time jobs are gone to those that were able to get app working would truly wish they invested some more time in making app a little more friendly

Links and buttons across the site are non-responsive. A blank popup overlay appears and prevents users from clicking page elements.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the WorkInTexas website or app.
2. Attempt to click on links/buttons.
3. Observe that a blank popup layer is present, blocking interactions.
Expected Behavior:
• When a user clicks outside the popup area, the popup should automatically close (standard UI/UX behavior).
• Page links and buttons should remain accessible.
Actual Behavior:
• Popup does not close on outside click.
• Overlay remains active and prevents interaction with page elements.
Technical Note:
Likely caused by incomplete or faulty JavaScript handling of the popup close event. Developers should review the JS code for event listeners tied to the popup.
Temporary iOS Workaround:
In Safari, users can use Hide Elements to hide the popup manually. Once hidden, page links become accessible.

Not search job friendly
With this app it is not easy to find JOBS. You have so many difficult trying to find the right position for yourself.
Website is better
The app has never worked as it should and is challenging to navigate. The TWC website is 10 times better!

The Work in Texas App is never the same. My password never works the following time I try to log in. My resume previous jobs get duplicated and need to be updated every time I log in. It is so cumbersome. It is so difficult to work with.
Connectivity issues.
App is unusable. I’m in dfw. My ip address shows dfw area. And I get this App supports U.S. connections only.
