WorkList: Work Log & Reports

English (United States) WorkList 2.0 brings your work records across your devices. • Optional iCloud sync: keep saved work, projects, categories, and deliverable information in sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac using the same Apple Account. Choose manual or automatic sync on each device. • On-demand attachment downloads by default, with automatic downloads available. Sync work details and deliverable names first, then download files when needed. Existing local files are retained. • Pull to sync on the iPhone and iPad home screen. Use the cloud icon in the upper-right corner to view sync status and settings. • New Sync Conflicts and Recovery view preserves recoverable versions to help with concurrent edits and accidental deletions. • Improved local backups, import and restore, and automatic backups before deletion. Attachment checks now show file locations and clear check results. • Move existing work to another project while editing, without entering it again. • Export work lists as long PNG images. Very long lists split into multiple images; deliverable names appear when available, without empty deliverable text. • Improved date selection, long-title editing, and settings layouts, plus updated privacy information, user guidance, and FAQs. iCloud sync is off by default and requires the same Apple Account and available iCloud storage. Completion depends on connectivity and system conditions. Sync does not replace an independent backup. Download required attachments before exporting a full backup.
