Despite updates the app has constant errors; it crashes often, posts are on repeat, new updates are hardly visible.

Its a great app to recognize your coworkers, but something that it needs is to be able to edit in case we need to add or correct whatever was typed

Did a child write this app? It’s awful and needs a major update. The search works half the time. When you click on someone a red error banner pops up and the recognition is now reversed from oldest and most recent last. Completely awful. My settings are clearly marked for people I follow and I sees tons of them j do not follow. Please FIX THE APP

Some features dont work
Some sections wont load, some buttons wont register when you click them. Recognitions being sent and received are not visible at all.

Why is this app so buggy now ? I cannot click on the notifications to go to the post anymore. Are there plans to fix the bugs ?

This app had to be designed by 5 year olds. It’s so bad you can’t even find your co workers half the time on it. They don’t show up by their first name but may by their last or vice versa. Incredibly bad design.

The app doesn’t even find half the people when you search. Type Chris looking a certain person and it takes forever and misses half the people named Chris for example. Constantly have to re check ppl I know. Settings don’t save.
Does not work or tango
All I get is a white screen. Worthless app.
Constant errors
My employers has used this app for employee recognition since it was youearnedit, to kazoo, to now worktango. For about the last one to two months, anytime, I try to do anything on the app, I get an error up at the top. If I try to do the same thing on their website, it works just fine, just not on the app. I hope they fix it, because it’s completely unusable now. I have tried deleting it, and reinstalling, but that still has not helped.

Decent app with some issues
App is amazing but it will not let you change your profile picture on your profile

Hi Shawn, thank you for your feedback - happy to hear you're liking the WorkTango app! You should be able to update your profile picture if you navigate to your profile through the activity feed > Click Edit > Edit Photo. It should take up to a minute for your picture to change on mobile and web, and you should be good to go! If your profile picture won't change, please don't hesitate to contact us at customersupport@worktango.com.

I delete the app , and I try to login and say : There was a problem taking that action. Please try again.

Only issue is everytime you try to update your profile picture it gives you a error

I keep randomly losing Points To Send from my wallet and when I look at my profile of all points given or received there is nothing to indicate where the points went!

sign on experience is a pain
I use about a dozen SSO/SAML enabled apps and unfortunately this app is the most incompetent implementation. How hard is it to store the company’s SSO url so you don’t have to ask it every time?
