Horrible update
I have used this app for 10+ years with no issues until now. The updates from the last month have been nothing but Bug after Bug. The app is now incredibly slow, glitches, and kicks you out often. Adding shifts or notes has significant delays that often time out and kicks user out of the app w/o saving. Scrolling is glitchy and delayed. Please fix!

like the previous review, i’ve also used this app for years. i loved the simplicity of it, the distinctness of the colors for each job, and the ability to see multiple shifts on one day without selecting it. now, the colors are all bland and look nearly the same for every job. you literally can not see the time you’re adding when putting a new shift on the calendar because the background and the text of the time are both white. all of the months run together in a feed type setup, which makes the overall schedule feel extremely overwhelming, as opposed to before the update when you had to manually push the arrow to change months. you also can’t “save” or “favorite” commonly worked shifts anymore; everything must be added manually. i’m not sure i will continue using this app anymore.

All my shifts data are gone after update!
This is not good! After the new update. The app asks me to create new work shifts. And all my previous work shifts I recorded for years are disappeared! :(

I wish it would save the shifts like before. It’s really inconvenient to add the hours every single day
New Update has confusing light colors
O was happier with the old simpler version. I have 3 different jobs and the colors for every job is very difficult to distinguish due to very light colors

The new update - switched all my colors - my schedules - background - of my calendar - I totally do NOT like it nor did I want an update - now all my shifts look similar- and I have 7 on call jobs and now my calendar is a huge mess! The colors are to close to each other- there is no separation on the days the entire month blends together! I have been using this app for years - now I have to find another app - this is extremely frustrating!!! Not happy at all!

2026 update has systematically ruined this app
I have used this app for nearly 10 years, and the latest update Feb 2026 with redesign was riddled with bugs, crashed out the app completely and wiped all my historic and future data. It feels like they wanted to improve the look and feel of the app over the actual functionality and have failed.

I have used this app for years! It is easy to use and great for my small daycare or anyone with multiple reoccurring clients.
Nice basic app
I am a physical therapist assistant working in several different buildings. This app is great for helping me keep track of where I am scheduled without having to constantly log into my work email or billing system. I don’t use it to track pay or anything else, so I cannot speak to those features. For straight up keeping track of my schedule with a basic alert set to remind me, I love this app.

Best one for multiple locations
I work 2 jobs in 5 different locations so instead of shifts colors represent locations.

The app has the basic functions I needed but I’d like to see some features implemented:
- ability to change the default work start and finish. At the moment it default to 9-5 but I do 8:30-5 so I have to update every time.
- if the hours are standard, the ability to just click on the day and add “standard day” in one click. Eg: I always work 8:30-5 so I could just click and add quicker. Then I could choose to update if it ever changes.
- ability to add a public holiday. Something that shows it’s not worked but the hours need to be counted when calculating the wage
- ability to highlight when the pay period starts and finish
