Great app but major bugs
The app is definitely helpful and mostly good to use when it comes to writing up invoices and keep track of business expenses. But the actual app it self crashes way too much freezes up while in use. I’ll be considering other accounting options if this continues.
Great and gets better all the time
Ben using zero for a lot of years and the app is handy for sending invoices went out and about and have just started testing and using Jax which was pretty good at finding an invoice I wanted to duplicate and then get it ready to send so that’s a nice new tool that I’m sure I’ll be using more of
Authenticator never works
Why do you even say there’s push notifications when they literally never work on any device. I complained nine months ago and was assured this would be fixed and yet the same issue continues.

I use Xero app for 90%(on phone)to 10% pc and it would be great to possible implement the following please
-ability to reorder sales items on invoice which would save me having to use pc @ all
-when invoicing and adding items from products and services the cursor use to appear in the search bar straight away and u just start typing. Now u have to select task bar to activate cursor…..first world problem but if you can re-add feature that would be awesom

Xero has eliminated spreadsheets and I can claim a lot more of the work related expenses due to the convenience. Please continue to improve on artificial intelligence to continue to improve and recognise transactions as expenses. One thing that I’m still finding hard to find on the app is if I want to search for a transaction for example if I bought a chainsaw and I look for a chainsaw, I can’t find it on the app. Please make it easier to find the reference. I put my description to find the transaction on the app because I still have but I love this huge fan.

I used MYOB for 5 years in a former Bookkeeping job.
It was awesome, and I only received “updates” each quarter which were well thought out, free and were improvements - not trying to constantly upsell me to other apps made by middlemen.
Question; Are your Customers more important to you than your “Shareholders ” ?
And why can I not issue a Statement to my customers from my phone ?
Getting a bit sick of all the unproductive slop you are increasingly serving up.

I am finding it impossible to locate where to do my bas since the update a few months ago. I have clicked on every button available and I cannot find it, therefore I now need to turn on my laptop and do it from there instead, a 5 minute job is now stressful as my laptop is old, one of the reasons why I got XERO on the iPad, I can take it anywhere and quick to do the BAS. disappointed to say the least

From bad to worse
App was working fine for a year on my ipad pro, after an update a few months ago when they added a useless numeric keyboard for the quantity and price section, it doesn’t let me send invoices! Keyboard shows up and disappears straight away, have to use the iphone to complete a basic invoice and send it! Tech support doesn’t even have a number to call, the app doesn’t work properly and they keep milking me £44.40 a month! Time to look for a replacement as the developers seem to be asleep and sending out updates without properly testing them.

Greedy price increases every year
Their product is ok, not as good as QBO. Their price used to be the selling point. but now after raising prices every year, and doubled over 3 years, they no longer have any selling point. Planning to move over to QBO, And I’m telling all my friends on social media to do the same.

Xero log in
Disgusting account system. Need to send and invoice urgently, and xero does the let me log in. Contact Support, and the don’t respond. Is a joke
