Worst app to work with
This is the single worst app I’ve ever used. Constantly having connection issues. Chat feature never works. Logging me out randomly for no reason. And the most annoying part is it purposely making my picture and videos way lower quality, blurry and hard to view. Another grudge I have is for whatever reason I’m not aloud to play any kind of media in my Bluetooth headphones and take a video at the same time, like why not. Really annoying app to work with.

This new update is a joke not only cant you listen to anything via airpods while taking pictures or videos, the function for photos and videos in the new update is completely backwards and does not specify what you are using a photo or a video, anyway i can go back to the older update
Trash
Last update completely screwed this app now I have to shut my music off in and restart the app to take a video and now everything is super slow great job!
Bad quality
Video and picture quality bad even on a newer phone and like how their a zoom but doesn’t really zoom in which tech need when a phone can’t reach in tight spots

I'm greeted with a blank white page when I hit sign in. Other sign in option does not recognize my email that ive used on multiple devices to login to my account. No response from their "help" team. Useless app!!!
Xtime app
Overall the app and Xtime in general is slow, doesn’t work when you need it to and the video portion of the app is inconsistent and everytime they update the app they make it worse.
Background upload
Will not allow you to upload in the background if your screen shuts off, you have to set the upload process over again this app for the most part is pretty good. It gets annoying just because of this stupid little issue.
Cdk is much better this app lasted only 2 weeks at my job
I work for a dealership that used cdk service for years. Management decided cdk was too unreliable and buggy so we tried to switch to xtime. This app somehow made cdk service look like gods gift to dealers which is beyond impressive considering how terrible cdk is. This app has horrible video and picture quality as well as when a car is checked in by a lot attendant a service writer can not acess the repair order on their desktop. A writer would have to physically take a ipad from the lot attendant and take over the process that way. This was wildly inefficient and limited the speed a repair order can be written dramatically increasing customer wait times. This also made everyone’s job much harder adding the need to track down which ipad had which customer’s information. This company also sent out 3 representatives to train us who frankly did not have a clue what they were doing and basically sat there and did nothing while the system crashed and burnt. I know this was not exactly xtime’s fault as a company but their employees were wildly unprofessional and one of them was even clearly high on the job which was a whole different issue but these people should be vetted better than this from a service that im sure was not in the slightest bit cheap. This was a long review but to sum it up this made the dumpster fire that is cdk service look like a fantastic piece of software.

App and reps are a joke
This app is god awful, and when trying to provide the reps with info to help the app they gaslight you and say that there’s no issue. Recently I was told there’s a noise suppression setting in the app, but the rep couldn’t even provide where to find it. Unsurprisingly there is no setting. When trying to use the camera through the app it has a hard time focusing, they’re response was that it’s no true, even though a shop of 25 guys all see it with their own eyes. Y’all are a joke

Camera issue
This app has been all around more of a problem then a solution for me at my place of employment. Today trying to do my inspection videos my camera is no longer about to be turned sideways and it takes away from the quality of the video footage for a better view for our customers. Please fix this issue immediately

Was working fine before this current update.
For work I need to use XTime. And when I record a video and upload, it says fail to upload - so I have to save the video and then re-upload.
This app sucks

Terrible
I am forced to use this at my dealership, while taking pictures and videos it will intermittently crash and log you out, deleting all pictures and videos you take… and you will have to do it all over, as a technician it’s very frustrating. I highly advise anyone not to use this if possible, would rate it negative stars if I could.

Bad app
Freezes up often, camera focus is bad, has a lot of glitches and doesn’t upload video all the time.
App crashes and fails to upload videos.
Nothing like wasting my time on every vehicle. We are forced to record a multipoint on every car, yet half the time we have to do it multiple times because the video does not save. This is trash.

When your job is on the line for pictures, videos and the app fail to upload. You would like that most dealer use this awful app they could make it functional. But there we are.
Garbage.
Our pay are is on this app, and it is TRASH!! Camera failure, can’t push vehicle status on mobile app, even simple things like when making ASR’s - double space creates a period - doesn’t exist.
saving videos
The app has stopped saving the videos. I’ll create an in depth video for clients concern just to find out that the video doesn’t save after recording. I will have to do the video 2,3,sometimes 4 times before it will save. junk complete junk of an app. it used to work fine
