I had an appointment for Japanese straightening as a first-time client. I simply asked to see the product that would be used on my hair, and the response was extremely hostile and they canceled my appointment because of my request. I was very disappointed by how upset they were over a reasonable question. Just a warning to anyone choosing a service here: make sure you ask questions and know exactly what product will be used before booking.

Missouri Location
I went to the Missouri Location on 9/7. They said i would have to pay for a refill on my Diet Coke . They don’t even give 1 refill. What restaurant does that ? Said special includes 1 drink? That isn’t clear you don’t get a refill. Server too busy with other server on their cell phones not attentive to their customers. It took forever getting our check. Then it’s highlighted in pink that a 3.25 % surcharge applies if paying with a credit card. This should have been disclosed before ordering. I paid in cash . The bill was 10.65 but normally i always leave my server a 5.00 tip. This was such a horrible experience she got a minimum 10% tip and that was too much . I will never come back and I’ll share my experience with everyone .

Great way to share reviews
I always check yelp before trying a new restaurant or business. I believe customer service is huge and I like to know if any business is worth my money before I try it.

Surprising New Fund
Delicious well prepared cuisine. Friendly family run atmosphere with a nice airy atmosphere - will definitely return. Highly recommend.
I love me some yelp
Yelp is wonderful if they would go back to not asking me if I want every service under the sun. No I don’t need my car detailed and don’t need something looking like some dude flirting with me trying to get me to get my car detailed. There are too many suggestions now but it’s mostly the yelp ive always loved.

Relax!
Went to Sawtooth Winery for the first time with my granddaughter. It was a very relaxed atmosphere outside on the patio. Our wine waiter, Robert Gomez, was very helpful in selecting just the right wine and appetizers for a delightful afternoon visit.

Great customer service!
I was just at my local Yucaipa AutoZone and David was kind enough to install my battery. The store was very busy and it was sprinkling outside too. I was just so grateful that he was able to do that for me. You just don’t fine good customer service like that too often anymore.

Beware…Yelp removes positive reviews
Yelp sends emails to review businesses that were looked up using Yelp. Then when a review is posted, they remove it. I read that it could have been because the business could have contacted me to fill out a review, but it was Yelp that reached out for a review.
So I don’t know why we use Yelp to track anything. If Yelp thinks it is not accurate then Yelp should flag the review and notify the poster to respond

Reservation steak house
The fries were very good the steak was manufactured meat glue, the steak was medium rare it was perfectly colored red with absolutely no juices, no blood, no fat, and tasted artificial and marinated with tenderizer and fake grill marks

First, the water glasses are extremely old and scratched up. Appetizer - bacon & scallops- way overcooked
Pasta was good but chicken didn’t seem freshly cooked.
My guest had a seafood pasta however very fishy tasting sauce.

Best Pie in Town
I drive 45 miles to get this pie. It is the best pie you can get in southern Utah. Worth every mile! Try their pot pie too so good!!
