Waitlist needs to be fixed
The old app moved you to the list if a spot opened up for you. This one does not! Huge issue if you don’t see the alert right away. I was alerted 4 times before 6a. When I looked at 7a to confirm I was added, I was not. I thought maybe I needed to leave the waitlist but now I’m number 10.. not a fair system at all.

Hate the new app
Why do you need camera access to search for locations? I travel a lot for work and can’t search for locations without giving camera access

Great activities for kids and adults. Not much for teens. Seems to be loosing connection to the community.
We love the Y!
My family and I have been coming here for years we love to take the classes together and use the sauna & pools. We also sign up for the seasonal sports& camps. The ymca is a very friendly /fun /positive family environment.

The Downtown YMCA is an excellent, well managed, high quality facility. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and focused on making sure all members have a great experience. All areas are clean and neat, and all the equipment is kept in good working condition. Whatever type of workout experience you are looking for, you won’t find a better place.

Easy With a Hint of Group Class Improvement
Functionality is straight forward which is great!
Group classes is hard to read; will say “x” spaces remaining but when selected say “classes full”. Same with waiting list. Better if the option is “grayed out” to communicate assurance that the class or waiting list is completely full.

Cannot login into the App!
Of all the many Apps that I have and use everyday, it has been impossible to login into this App. While I’m able to login through a browser, the same login credentials won’t work on the App.
This app doesn’t even work
I have tried several times to set up an account and the app doesn’t work. When I put in the info it doesn’t allow me to go forward.

I have really enjoy my membership with the YMCA of Central Florida. I am a grandparent and I like the flexibility to use the Y according to my schedule. I can work my schedule around which Y, that is in the area I am in that day. Thanks for keeping it clean during this Pandemic. I also enjoy the fact my grandkids can enjoy the sports academy.

Stretching
I used to love doing the yoga classes and the stretching classes. Now I notice you have gotten rid of several of the yoga classes and the deep stretching class is gone too! Please bring them back!
Group classes
Oviedo Y offers great classes. I look forward to working out here. All the instructors are wonderful, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions. It’s definitely the friendliest Y I have been too.
Useful app (frustrating at beginning)
Reservations didn’t work for a few days but issue worked itself out and now it works great!

I love to be a member of the YMCA. Specially at Dr Phillips very clean and the staff very compromised. I really enjoyed to go there .
Broken extension chair
The YMCA Dr Philips needs a new extension chair because the one that is there is broken for more than 4 months.
Overall Great!
It took a day for me to be able to book a time slot, even after I had approved my email. But the next day, the app works great, and it is very easy to select an activity and book it, and there are often time slots for the next day still available the night before.
Geodata
The app doesn’t allow you to opt out of geodata - tracking wherever in the facility you go.
