I think the whole East village and Chinatown is gonna get into great shape! I don’t know how they’ve set up all these beautiful studios. It’s just incredible -and remember when you go to a Y in New York City. You’re gonna get great teachers dancers, professional athletes, all trained, and certified! THATS who will be working with you. We are very lucky in the East village and Chinatown to have such great equipment and great people working with us!

Can’t purchase training. Group fitness classes don’t add you to a waitlist que, forcing you to rebook over and over
Programs for seniors
We need more exercise programs for seniors. The seniors at this Y are loyal and dedicated and deserve more attention to their needs. The temperature in the gym is mostly too hot or too cold - please attend to this issue.

It is intuitive. The program has started. I feel related to the apps works and it’s AI‘s anticipation of my activities. I started it just now, but I but I am gratified with it

on iphone i’m having trouble resetting password and setting up a new account, despite several efforts. there’s something about the interface that’s making particular screens impossible to use.

Good variety of classes to choose from.
Impossible to access
It took several attempts to access the app. I kept having to reset my password. I tried to call customer service number and their voicemail was always full. I almost canceled my membership. I’m told a lot of people have been having issues with the app. YMCA, This is unacceptable!
