I can't read this app
Tell your designers to not design for their big screen monitors and test the layout on a phone. No font smaller than 10px and make the app respect system font size settings.
Also light orange and light gray text on a white background. Cmon. Read up on WCAG.
This is app development 101. Do better. You may also be breaking the law by not being ADA compliant.

Convenient app.
Easy to use!
App is not ADA compliant for visually impaired consumers
Hello. I am visually impaired and use the VoiceOver screen reader on my iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 18.4 to navigate apps and websites. I downloaded your app today and I'm not able to use it to find any information on swimming lessons at the greater Hollywood location. The buttons and menus are not labeled for screen reader use. The in accessibility of the app flies in the face of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the web content accessibility guidelines. could you please fix this app? I am a consumer with money to spend, but I am unable to do so because of the in accessibility of this app.

Keeps crashing
One minute it works and the next it crashes. I have to delete and upload like 10times a day. This app is ridiculous do better
App is horrible
Previous app was great, easy to schedule. This app is often out. Cannot schedule nor even sign into a class. Disgusting! My insurance is paying good money so I can exercise and stay healthy. Please contract with some company that is competent at constructing apps!

Keeps Crashing
The app crashes as soon as I try to sign in at the Y. I have downloaded the app several times. It also freezes frequently. The app should also be able to inform members when events are held that prevent members from getting into the parking lots. By then it’s too late to cancel a class and you have to call.

Not user friendly at all
I used to have the old app and it was pretty straightforward. Very simple and user friendly. The new one is the opposite. Instead of improve it got worse.
