Please for the love of God remove this absolute joke of an app off the app store, crashes, joke of a layout, too many OTP (why do I have to get a OTP when I literally just logged in 10 sec ago with one), the whole app feels like a kid made it as a school project, nothing is polished, nothing is where it needs to be, why do I need to click to know my balance, why is there no ac details when I go in more information? If you guys cannot find someone to make you an app that actually works and is optimised please contact me, this has to be the top 1 worst banking app ever created.

Worst banking app
This is easily one of the most frustrating banking apps I’ve ever used. Even a simple balance check requires multiple steps, and every update resets all biometric settings. Each upgrade forces a full setup from scratch, with repeated logins and OTPs that often don’t even arrive on time. The whole experience feels unnecessarily complex and unreliable. I genuinely wish I could give this app zero stars.

Buggy
Every 6-9 months I try this app to operate my SBI uk account. Today looking at the exchange rate I tried to transfer some money. The screen keep prompting me to set the purpose of the transfer and on the screen there are was no such option visible. God knows who design SBI apps, how can this be soo bad. Almost all my previous attempts have lead to similar observations. The app does not work. Please do let me know if it actually works for anyone???

One of the poorest app by any bank in the world. It never work in one go if you need your

OTP
Multiple OTP’s were required to login into the app. Fixed deposit and ISA tab needs bifurcation as it is confusing for user to note if the journey is for FD or ISA. Tenure of FD in app is not similar to the website.
