App crashes
When I log in app crashes I have installed multiple times same issue
Worst App
1. New customer button but doesn’t do anything other than message saying this feature will available soon. 2. No back button from login screen. 3. Just a random number presented like 11112 as error message when it’s unable to find new account by SSN number.
Does not send otp
This app is okay, but only if it works. It consistently will not send the otp to log in. I am at home in NY with all four bars of cell service, ALL other otp codes are coming in from other banks and institutions, except SBI. The otp after logging into the website on the laptop comes in after a nearly 90 second delay, but it does come in so far.
The fact that the app needs an otp after setting a pin is itself strange. But if you must require otp, then at least have a system that sends it. Calling the branch for support does nothing.

Terrible App
The ratings for this app are fake. When you log in it forces you to set a profile password but the save doesn’t work so you’re stuck. Terrible design, terrible app. This has got to be the worst mobile banking app in the whole world! The web app and now mobile app are the reason I’ve stopped banking with SBI New York.
