Needs Updating
This app is a very good idea, but it needs serious updating. Seems like it is a glorified directory, which, in and of itself is very useful. However, I expect it to do a whole lot more.

please update the app its buggy and needs an overall refresh. would be great if you can actually send in service requests like potholes
App is hot garbage
I only use it for the Report a pothole because it’s better than talking to one of the gals who work in the office. Still the feature to report a pothole is old and glitchy, the drag a pin to the location hardly works.
It’s a real shame with the best county in the country that we have a old looking app.

Doesn’t work
They clearly gave up on this app. Used to work great and was convenient. Now it freezes or times out when submitting a request.
