Needs Updating
This app is a very good idea, but it needs serious updating. Seems like it is a glorified directory, which, in and of itself is very useful. However, I expect it to do a whole lot more.

please update the app its buggy and needs an overall refresh. would be great if you can actually send in service requests like potholes
App is hot garbage
I only use it for the Report a pothole because it’s better than talking to one of the gals who work in the office. Still the feature to report a pothole is old and glitchy, the drag a pin to the location hardly works.
It’s a real shame with the best county in the country that we have a old looking app.

Doesn’t work
They clearly gave up on this app. Used to work great and was convenient. Now it freezes or times out when submitting a request.
Why bother having this app
I’ve submitted several pics over the course of two months about areas that need mowing and nothing gets done.

Totally useless app
I rarely review apps, but this one is so useless I felt compelled to write this. I tried to report a pothole, it didn't work. I tried to submit the Survey, it didn't work.

Any report you file they just open (review)and close it out in the same minute and mark as inactive. Just another civil servant not doing their job I’m guessing

Drag and drop not working and no email confirmation
Drag and drop of pin for incident location does not work and I don’t receive an email confirmation when submitting incident

Pretty sure this app is useless. I downloaded it to report an issue—no confirmation and the issue never appeared on the designated dashboard. Calendar displayed events from 2017.
Why bother
Why bother to even update an app when there is so much data missing? Please keep the news, events etc populated with up to date data so it becomes useful, not useless.
Issues with adjusting location
It's says to drag the pin to move to the right location but I couldn't drag the pin to move it, please fix. Thanks.
