Absolutely useless app
Arrived at the holiday inn at Glasgow airport. Loaded the app and put in the location code. Despite already being parked and plenty of spaces available, the app said no spaces were available at the location. This was the same for the 4 days I was visiting.
Dark practices
These guys are getting shadier by the day. Add extras you don’t choose, now the sign in doesn’t work so that they can be reviewed…
No charge
Signage rubbish, one parking sign states £5 no hourly rates shown, no terms on display, i actually dont know what i paid for i just know it cost £6.39 and not £5 stated on signage
Ok app but spams advertising to me by push notifications
Even if you turn off promotional notifications in the app, they still get sent to you. Uninstalling
Spam via notifications
App spams me every day with offers despite having marketing notifications turned off (only transactional parking notifications enabled). If I could remove it permanently I would.

Double charge
Whilst this is a good app for parking, never ever put your card details in for a auto renewal, every month they have double charged me and I have to fight it and show proof, even then they will say I booked for another month despite 2 separate charges in the space of 10 mins for the same booking, I hope they fix this then maybe I will return because double charging £132 is not healthy for my bank accounts

Waste of money
This is one outstanding parking app, begins with R. There are moderately good ones and there are truly frustrating ones. YourParkingSpace falls into the latter category. I have just booked from 9.00 to 12.00 this morning and the confirmation has changed this to 8.00 to 11.00!
Not worth the hassle
Booked a parking spot thru this app. Went to the location and they said that they didn’t work with this app and wouldn’t let me park. Had to pay the company directly and when asked YourParkingSpace for a refund, they denied me multiple times saying it was my fault I couldn’t find the parking space and that the location/owner was credible, which was not the case! I had to go back to the location, take pictures and video of them saying that they didn’t work with YourParkingSpace to prove it. Then it took even more emails back and forth until they finally granted me a refund. Definitely not worth the hassle at all!

Slow, unresponsive app.

Impossible
Wanted to cancel and gave 30 days notice but this was shortened by YPS, so I have to book for an extra day but there is no way of knowing it is the same location without booking blind because the book again feature doesn’t work on this location
Charged twice
Booked to stay at holiday inn. Paid to stay till 12 the following day and it booked me till 12 midnight the day I arrived. No way of amending and had to book and pay again to avoid being fined. Terrible service. Not impressed.
AVOID if Leasing
This company have no control of the end companies they use so parking ticket are regularly issued incorrectly. No problem if you own the car you just waste time proving you paid for parking but if you lease a car you will have to pay the lease company admin fee regardless.
Rubbish service
After leaving the carpark where I’ve historically paid using autopay I checked my messages and discovered autopay is no longer accepted. Not knowing the ID of the carpark and there not being a number I could call to discuss with a person I had to return to the carpark and pay. So in addition to the inconvenience I had an extra charge to pay for the additional time after I left. Why had I not received an email or SMS at the time the service changed (a notice to change and further reminder when it did change). Totally unacceptable and a good way to issue PCNs to unsuspecting customers such as myself 😡

Unblockable ads
Does the job, but keeps raising notifications for nonsensical ads. If you turn notifications off then you dont get warning when your parking is about to expire. So either keep the feature and eat ads or lose the feature.
SMS dark pattern is very annoying.
App it broadly fine but the way it keeps trying to trick you into paying sms notification fees is extremely annoying.
