Useless
Wont login with Google or Apple, parking locations not being identified. Constant red banner saying “unauthorised” but no explanation to fix the issue.

Absolute rip off
Pay for parking and still got charged and had to pay a parking fine. Emailed the company and they said as I had appealed it they couldn’t help. Just a rip off you get a parking ticket if you pay for your stay
Frustrating
Anybody else tried to park at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead? 🙄. I'm trying to extend my parking time and can't do it and I bet they'll send me a penalty charge! I'm stuck in the hospital FFS!!

I use this App a lot, I travel up and down the UK with my Camper-van and find that I’m never far from a safe stop for the night.
Awful support
I booked in an airport. Day before while doing checking realised of my mistake that was the incorrect airport. Support mentioned to cancel and arrange new booking. So I did and refund was refused. What a joke

showed until last payment page one amount then .when i visited to last page amount was suddenly changed to high price

Get some error when trying to login. Worked great before.
Horrendous app
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. It was awful to use, I tried all the various options to go down to set up an account, and it just wouldn’t let me set it up. Also kept coming up with lots of errors on the screen, I had also entered the location code of the car park on the map and it didn’t recognise it. I resorted to the website in the end and this worked. Whoever made this app needs firing, it’s terrible.

Big Scam
Its a scam ! I legitimately booked and paid for a parking space and parked correctly and was then issued a £100 fine - do not use this app at all ever
Logs me out EVERY TIME
This app makes me sign in every time I use it, I have no idea why I can’t just stay logged in.
It also requires 2 factor authentication? It’s a parking app, it definitely doesn’t need that level of security.
It’s REALLY annoying when I’m quickly trying to find the address of the space I’ve booked or other details and I have to go through the long process of logging in, checking my emails, putting in the code and then finding the details. Seriously just use faceID or something.

Found a space
Always managed to find a space within a walking distance from my desired location
App isn’t working - unauthenticated message.
I keep getting a message in a red bar at the bottom saying “unauthenticated” and the search just doesn’t work. I’m on 5G with mobile data switched on for this app but I also get it when on WiFi.

Don’t use unless you want a PCN! Terrible customer experience
I didn’t have signal in the venue I was at so couldn’t extend my parking session in the moment. Despite trying to do the right thing and sending an email to request support from YourParkingSpace when I got home to make payment before the end of the day, they weren’t able to assist me at all to prevent me from receiving a PCN from the owner of the car park. I find this extremely hard to believe they have no control over these adjustments and even if they don’t, I would have expected to receive a clear notification at the time of booking and a text and email on the day of the booking in big red flashing lights to say ‘you won’t be able to pay to extend this stay after the expiry time’ even if it’s still on the same day! Extremely disappointed in this service and won’t be using this app again. I will be making sure as many other people as possible are made aware of this because the customer experience has been terrible and unfair and YourParkingSpace certainly aren’t making their customers clearly aware of this in advance. I shall await receipt of my PCN…thanks a lot!
