Extremely Basic
I suppose this app does do the absolute minimum to manage my sump pump, however there are lots of things missing I am expecting.
There is zero run history - so understanding of my pump ran X times at any given point of time would be useful.
The App Store app support link dumping you on the company homepage to just “figure it out from there” is just lazy and screams “we have zero interest in your feedback or issues getting to us with as little friction as possible”. There is zero in app support or feedback mechanisms.

Doesn’t work anymore
This app used to function fine. Now it’s junk. I can’t log in. The email to reset my password never comes. Worthless.
Aquanot 508 sump pump- App is totally worthless..
Just had this system installed today and cannot connect to Wi-Fi after many multiple attempts, keep getting error messages. etc. Also no option to contact customer service or tech support. Waisted over an hour just trying to set up and my installers are well versed in setting up connected home devices..

Weird bugs
After the last two updates I have not been about to check the device and make changes in the settings. I can see the alert history and that is it.
Garbage
I couldn’t even log into the app with the same credentials that work on the website. I changed my password, and still couldn’t log into the app. The alarm/monitoring system is malfunctioning, and I can’t find anyone who knows how to fix it.
