Dont order anything from this merchant, If you dont wanna wait for a whole week just to see your order is showing as processing.
They dont even see my text, i’ve already let them know that If you done have sweatpants that I want then exchange it with another one and i’ve already sent them the picture and everything, but No these stupid peoples just like to drag things out. Believe me, If they shipped my order after my vacation, be ready to give me my refund back.

The deals they have at different times throughout the year are fantastic.

At first it is difficult to contact the return department, then you realize that you cannot return the goods for various reasons. I would prefer other platforms with more favorable conditions

I genuinely love this company. I first started buying cloths from this online store when I seen an add on Instagram during Black Friday sale. Everthing was so cheap I was in disbelief. I ordered my cloths and the quality is just perfect. The pants are thick, and the tops are stylish. What else could you ask for. If anyone is looking for quality cloths ZAFUL is the way to go! :)

I ordered from them in early September and only just got my package it’s November 1st so don’t buy if you don’t wanna wait weeks. And I ordered two men’s medium hoodies for myself because I wanted them really oversized but they’re so tight they fit me but I don’t think they’d fit a man who wears medium. And the quality wasn’t even all that for the price.

Unfortunately my most recent purchase was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with online retail. Ordered a few items in my usual size, but the items received were VASTLY different in their sizing. Some items fit perfect, others were way too tight. Also the quality has gone downhill and most items feel grossly cheap.
This order happened several months ago, maybe 5 or 6. I contacted support to get a replacement and was told no, then yes, then no, then they sent replacement without warning and it was not received… issue is still not resolved and at this point I’m going to cut my losses and keep my sanity.

Don’t pay for expedited shipping! Scam
Fair warning - I paid an extra $25 for my order to arrive ahead of an upcoming trip. I placed my order on August 5th, and paid extra for shipping to arrive by Thursday, August 15th. Today is the 19th and I still haven’t received my order! I will not be ordering from this shop again and just wanted to pass on this to anyone who is also a first time buyer.

Missing item
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Zaful. I ordered three T-shirts, but only received two of them. The T-shirt named "Tree Sun Printed" was marked as delivered in the app, but I never received it. This is unacceptable, and I am very frustrated with the lack of accuracy in their delivery system. Despite reaching out to customer service, I have not received any helpful response or resolution to my issue. I expected better from Zaful and will think twice before ordering from them again.

Tracking website was in chinese and scammed me
The tracking number given to me was incorrect and the package was returned for lacking “proper shipping information”. When I checked with the minimal tracking information provided it brought me to a sketchy Vietnamese domain USPS website clone.
Scam scam scam, I’m out $100 and now some sketchy website has my credit card info. Please be warned, only thing customer service was willing to do was send me 200 Zaful points?

Refund and exchanges and support awful
I have been ordering swimsuits from ZAFUL for years now, loved them. This is the first year I ordered some that did not fit well. I order large but some of the bottoms were extra large fitting and some tops were too small or fit funny. I tried them on the day they got delivered and put them back in the packaging they arrived in. Tried to get a ticket number from ZAFUL to send them back and get my refund and they lied telling me it had been 30 days so I sent back the dates I ordered which was 4/2/23 and when it was delivered 4/12/23, telling them they are lying and asking for my refund back. Then they still deny my refund saying swimsuits are like underwear, they won’t take back. In stores you can try on swimsuits and leave them there if they don’t fit, not underwear so I don’t see their point there. Smh.
It does not say u can’t get a refund on their refund/ exchange for swimsuits. I am now done ordering from ZAFUL.
