Good aap i recomand , for those who still don’t know about zalando its aan good aap where you can shopping origina clothes at goodprices quality is best the way you receive the package is really premium but worst part is you cannot always pay with invoice , invoice payment it’s good for the people shopping for first time on zalando this payment can help people seeing quality and details not only back of the screen but also real life in their hands

Parfait jusqu’à ce que

Tout est parfait sur ce site le choix, les tailles, les collaborations de marque, les facilité de paiement et tout ce qui est ergonomie en sois de lappli est très bien pensé. Juste un détails qui m’a coûté beaucoup de temps.. j’ai passer une commande avec 2 société de livraison différente la première étant la poste avec qui je n’ai jamais aucun soucis le deuxième était CHRONOPOST. Il on égaré mon colis. Je sais que ce genre de chose peu arriver et ça ne me dérange pas mais le service derrière pour déverrouiller cette situation m’a couter beaucoup de patience et de temps en appelant un coup CHRONOPOST et un coup Zalando qui ce sont renvoyer la balle mutuellement. J’ai finalement insister et je suis tomber sur quelqu’un de chez Zalando qui était très agréable et qui à dut certainement déverrouiller la situation car j’ai reçu mon colis 2 jours plus tard. Je ne reproche pas les compétence de Zalando mais leurs choix de partenaire livraison. C’est pour moi depuis des années la première fois que j’ai eu un petit soucis qui en soit n’est pas directement de leurs faute.

Why sign instead of safe place?!

You used to be able to have your order left in a safe place but now you have to sign for it - why?!

It’s Zalando policy now, not the courier’s so you don’t get the option you used to.
The same guy’s been many times so knows where to leave it but he won’t because he needs a signature or he’ll get in trouble.
Absolute nonsense and extremely annoying!
Now I won’t ever order from Zalando again, I have done for years - hope you’re happy!

I tried to order so many things but they only available in Germany, no possibility to be delivered to the UK. Therefore, I don’t understand the meaning behind this app.

Horrible app layout

Love shopping on zalando but the new home page layout on the app is extremely off-putting. It is almost as if it tries to be pinterest. I’m shopping for clothes and accessories not making an inspiration board.
