Good aap i recomand , for those who still don’t know about zalando its aan good aap where you can shopping origina clothes at goodprices quality is best the way you receive the package is really premium but worst part is you cannot always pay with invoice , invoice payment it’s good for the people shopping for first time on zalando this payment can help people seeing quality and details not only back of the screen but also real life in their hands

Why sign instead of safe place?!
You used to be able to have your order left in a safe place but now you have to sign for it - why?!
It’s Zalando policy now, not the courier’s so you don’t get the option you used to.
The same guy’s been many times so knows where to leave it but he won’t because he needs a signature or he’ll get in trouble.

No sizes, no availability
I tried to order so many things but they only available in Germany, no possibility to be delivered to the UK. Therefore, I don’t understand the meaning behind this app.

For Hungary address, no english language
Horrible app layout
Love shopping on zalando but the new home page layout on the app is extremely off-putting. It is almost as if it tries to be pinterest. I’m shopping for clothes and accessories not making an inspiration board.

Commande passée il y a maintenant plus d’une semaine et toujours aucun colis reçu. Le suivi n’évolue pas, aucune information claire, et le service client est soit absent soit totalement inefficace.
C’est inadmissible de laisser un client sans nouvelles pendant autant de temps après paiement. On a l’impression d’être complètement abandonné une fois la commande validée.
Je déconseille fortement ce site tant que la gestion des livraisons et du service client ne sera pas améliorée.

mode sombre
ce serait génial de proposer un mode sombre pour l’application sur téléphone. aussi enlever les photos d’influenceurs etc .. ou en faire une rubrique à part . ça envahit l’écran d’information.. merci

The app itself works well and has a decent selection, but! Why can't I change the language in the app? Localization is tied to location, and it would be fine if your service was available in one country, but no, so why can't I just select "English" in the app? You don't even need to localize anything separately; you have a UK region with an English app... I simply can’t use your app
