Door entry does not work
Recent update has completely broken the door entry function. I stood at the Hallett Cove door for 15 mins trying to get it to unlock and it simply didn’t work. Worked fine previously.

Easy to use but could be better
App is easy to use. It would be great if there are more features on the app such as workout suggestions or workout plan and how to use equipment, account information (and be able to change any details) and scheduled payment.

The app is horrible. Go back to nfc tags. Noting it’s a cost savings exercise just let me pay for a tag.

Digital access tricky
Digital access works fine, IF you know how to use it.
In-app it tells you to hold the back of your phone to the reader - which doesn’t help.
Really I’ve found holding to top edge of your phone close to the bottom 1/3 of the reader (below the big circular light) will consistently and almost immediately unlock the door.
Would be great if the in-app guidance was more accurate about this

Absolutely the worse system or app to access the gym. Hardy works and most of the time the staff or members have to let me and others in. Get rid of this garbage!
Tragically unusable
This app is completely useless, it works about 10% of time letting me into the gym. It is a personal security risk, I want a fob.
Dont bother gaslighting me that I’m not using it correctly or I have an outdated version, it’s garbage no matter what version I use or how often I delete and reinstall this app.

Rubbish
Absolute rubbish. The amount of times i have been left standing out the front of an empty gym because the app does not work is ridiculous. I’m a shift worker - so often i’m training at 3am or mid night when the gym is empty. When the app doesn’t work i’m left with no choice but to wait in my car until someone else arrives.

Digital access sucks!!
App doesn’t work, you have to wait for a couple of minutes (even 10 mins) to get access, it’s very useless and the support team doesn’t respond or is not able to help. First time I signed up in a gym with these many problems
I’m requesting a fob
I’m so done dealing with this app, three weeks of other gym goers letting me in, not only is it a major inconvenience but a health and safety concern. Accept that this app is a failed experiment and go back to what works.
Digital access is trash.
Love paying to have the digital access work 50% of time and made to feel like it’s either my “phone, Bluetooth, headphones, new update…..” that’s the issue and not anything to do with a system that literally every single person hates including the staff who have to open the doors for people every single day.

App-alling
Who would have thought, swapping to an app nobody asked for from a system that already works would end in disaster. Good luck getting into your gym if you don't go during staffed hours. The bluetooth functionality for entry only works 50% of the time, leaving you locked out or at the mercy of other peoples kindness who have managed to get in. For someone who works shift work it's unacceptable.
Think this is an isolated problem to people at one particular gym? Probably not given the horrendous app rating.

Very poor app
Digital app rarely works. The fob never failed. Tried to get in this morning and my payment card popped up. Lift your game!
So frustrating
This is truly the stupidest security system for an unmanned gym. It barely ever works leaving me stranded outside the gym looking like a muppet. Sort it out.

Incorrect Diagram
Hi, I’ve been troubleshooting my access on and off for a few weeks now and I have finally worked it out.
On the iPhone 17 series, the NFC reader is located at the very top of the phone - putting your phone’s back to the reader will only work sometimes as the connection is too weak for it to be consistent. If you have a 17 Pro Max it will not work at all as the NFC reader is too far away.
Please update your app with new guidance sometime soon so no one else spends an hour at the door trying to work out why they can’t get in to the gym!
