Besides they prey on poor people they have no customer service. They let me over draw the account and then let me work all week and won’t let me have my money cuz I owe them $34 but they say to repay it. Tjey won’t let me repay it. So I get to work all week and they keep my money. No customer service not evem a ai chat bot. Horrible customer service

Balance never goes up I get paid every 2 weeks !! Tomorrow pay day and no outstanding balance I owe and I still can’t borrow money it says 15 available like what lol and the minimum is 20 to withdraw. So basically can’t Torry money still waiting on paycheck. Most they let me borrow is 28 $ lol 2k every two weeks and that’s how they do me !! So ima delete the app can’t benefit from it

I used ZayZoon to access my wages early, $400 was taken out of my paycheck to pay them back, 2 weeks later the app still says I owe them $400 and will not let me access anymore funds even after contacting the support team. Hoping for a resolution so I can change my review.

It has been decent for the most part I have had it for about 2 or 3 months now and its still a learn in process but it does help me so much!! But my job gets paid every 5th of the month and the 20th but I have chime so it’s 2 days early so sometimes when I take it out 1 or 2 days before pay day it puts it on my current check and not my next one which it says it will but it doesn’t is my only concern then it won’t work for like a week or 2 !!

literally terrible customer service
i have been trying for an hour to get into my account. they don’t send the email to change your password this bug has been going on for months. i talk to customer service and they take ages to reply and only keep copy and pasting the same thing that doesn’t even work. feels like they’re trying to keep my money from me, i asked if there was any way they could help me receive a link to change my password and they were not helpful at all. so now i just have money sitting there that i can’t even access because they’re workers are way too lazy to even try to attempt to help me. do not get this
