Not at all what’s advertised

You have to select a photo and a weak template for every add and then it proceeds to make them obviously Ai with bad borders and quality. And they want $20 a week for it😂🤦‍♂️

Recommend this app.

I’m very pleased with the customer support provided by Zeely. Unfortunately, the platform wasn’t quite the right fit for what I specifically needed, so I wasn’t able to continue using it. Otherwise, I would have been more than happy to keep working with Zeely.

I would definitely recommend the app, not only for the services and tools it offers, but especially for its outstanding customer support. They addressed my issue immediately and made the entire process incredibly easy. It’s honestly difficult to find this level of responsive and helpful customer service in apps nowadays.

Not worth it

I paid $30 to start my membership, then found out the ads they run for you cost 12% of your ad spend. Whatever, it’s an investment, so I followed their 100% automated AI instructions on how to start my first ad, did everything their system recommended, and spent $50 on it to test it out. It brought me zero results at all, so I got on support chat, and they told me it was my fault for not doing the ad correctly. Don’t trust an AI to tell your clients what to do, and then blame the clients for following your AI’s instructions. Also, it took 2 days to even approve my ad, and I told support before it even approved that I wasn’t happy with any of their service and to just cancel it, but they ended up running it anyways. Total waste of $80. But at least it was just a test and was a lesson learned.
